Great location, beautiful decoration of an old building, large comfortable room (we had the double room) with two huge armchairs and an excellent bed, good breakfast. And above all - the staff, especially Renata from reception. The hotel does not have a lounge |

The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff very friendly. I loved every minute in this great relaxing hotel. I especially liked the loft room we had. |

Clean, nice hotel with friendly staff, located in a centre of Levoca. Good food at hotel's restaurant. Not far from skiing arena. It would be nice if all the staff at reception spoke English |

Absolutely everything was superb. Cleanliness was first rate and the room was lovely. Staff were outstandingly helpful, and spoke good english. |
