Vila Grand    

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit aussergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal. Das Apartement mit Kamin war Spitze.

I recommend to all those who want to relax . Vila Grand is located in a quiet area with beautiful views of the High Tatras.

Susannah was so friendly & helpful, our rooms were made up ready for our arrival, breakfast buffet was wonderful, view was spectacular, no request was too much trouble, apartments were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Toy area for our children was fantastic help for us. It will be our first choice in accommodation anytime we are in Slovakia.

No microwave in room, mattress on bed not as soft and comfortable as we expected

I don't think the policy of charging for a 6 year old (or any child) who shares the room and existing facilities, especially when it is to share a sofa bed, is family friendly.

First of all the staff is very kind and helpfull. You feel like home, surrounded by friends, this is how they can make you feel. The rooms are big, nice and clean. The breakfast is just great. After returning from the mountains, they make every evening the fire in the fireplace, it was very romantic to stay there and drink something. They help us to indicate all the places and routes we have to see it. Also give us indications to take the dinner. In one word : fantastic ! I can suggest this hotel to everybody.

Mooi appartement in kleinschalig appartementencomplex met uitzicht op de hoge Tatra. We hebben genoten van alles wat Vila Grand biedt. De receptioniste was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Complimenten! Beautifull appartement with view at the High Tatra. We love the surounding and all Vila Grand offers. The girl at the reception was very kind and helpfull. Our compliments.

The hotel was comfortable and cosy and the manageress, Suzanna, was the most wonderful hostess. From the moment that we arrived at the hotel, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so friendly and she made our stay at the Vila Grand memorable. Her breakfasts were fantastic and she would still be there in the evening to serve us drinks in the bar if we wanted them! When we left after three days, it was like saying goodbye to an old friend! We would definitely go back to Vila Grand if ever we visited Nova Lesna again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was a good size and with a nice view. The location is great for exploring the Tatra mountains.

This is a quaint little hotel in a quiet location just outside of town. Maria is an incredible host and she put forth much effort to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.

The front desk hostes was very helpful. Spoke fluent English. Made our stay a pleasure.

Very nice and helpful staff. Large, comfortable and clean rooms. Location close to Tatras. Several available facilities (garden, small pingpong/billiard, jacuzzi/sauna).

Phenomenally good service!

I have never met such a nice receptionist in 68 countries I have traveled. She is extremely generous, friendly and efficient. We would love to stay there again when we come to this area. The restaurant, 600m away, is also wonderful. We enjoyed it because of the character of owner, meals of course and the price.

Service excellent, very friendly. Breakfast excellent. Fine accommodation, very comfortable. Big fire in the morning.

Stairs to get to the room very narrow - very difficult to get to the room with bags. Not sure if all rooms had the same issue.

We´ve enjoyed the stay. Clean, silent, very nice design, excellent staff.

No vegetables for breakfast. Missing microwave oven.

Everything was great. At first I wasn't sure about the location and price - let me tell you, it was worth it. I paid 30 euro per night per person (which come to a total of 120 - 2 nights for 2 people). The staff was amazing! When we got to the place, we didn't have cash - the hostess loaned us the money. Breakfest is great, the room was amazing. We wanted to go for night sledding, the hostess said her boyfriend can take us. Last day we went to the spa - a private spa for 14 euros an hour! Very simply - I was really impressed and happy with the choice.

I really have to think hard about this one. I guess if your lazy, you would like the location to change closer to the ski resort itself (but to be honest - it's a 5 minute walk to the train, which costs almost nothing to get to the ski resort. The ski resort is another 30 minutes or so).

Miła i kompetentna obsługa. Znakomite udogodnienia dla dzieci, Internet dostępny w apartamencie w cenie. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Piekny widok na góry.Polecam!
