The location was excellent at the entrance to Spa Island and in the middle of town. It's very dated like stepping back in time, comfortable though and very clean.

The hotel was well situated specially when one would like to go to the thermal location. The service - It took 45 minutes until we could check in as they first lost the booking then they could not get their system running.The room didn't have internet access and it was not worth the price. The service was not very friendly as though they were doing a favor to the customer to give them service. I would not recommend the hotel and would not stay in there again. But the location was the only reason was I chose it.

Původně dobrý tip na krátkodobý pobyt, i když se jedná spíše o residenci pro lázeňské hosty. Příjemný a velice ochotný personál, kumunikativní v několika jazycích. Obtížné parkování v blízkosti hotelu

Prijemný a milý personal. Jedinú výhradu mam k raňajkám, kde bol slabší výber a vadilo mi mierne oschnuté ovocie či zelenina.
