Great design, clean and spacious, well located in city centre. Excellent sauna.

Breakfast not good value for money and jaccuzzi not working on second day

The hotel was exactly as advertised; great staff, rooms, and location. I will definitely be coming back.

i stayed in villa bianca 4 nights. evry thing was eccelent. the rooms big , the furniture new with a good and special taste. the service very good. eccelent location.

It is a small hotel with only 11 rooms which are different (but so is the rate for them). It is a modern hotel "hi tech" style.Rooms are clean.There are also rooms with cooking facilities. There is pesonal service.Breakfast was good (included). There is a private car park free of charge and guests can open the gate by remote control. It is very centrally located.

Amazing value- the room was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in what was described as a 'small double room'. It wasn't small at all. Light, spacious, modern, very comfortable. We also had access to a large terrace which was shared between 3 rooms. Free wifi and free secure parking. Less than 5 mins to walk to town and restaurants and only 10 mins drive from the Demanovska caves. For those staying in the apartments, there was a Tesco a few mins drive away.

The family live in the hotel, which is a positive in that it feels secure, but a negative in that (as another reviewer pointed out), there is a young child who is quite noisy. Couldn't always work out at reception who was one of the owner's family and who was a guest! Having said that, the owner(s) were very friendly and helpful.

Owners are living upstairs and their young child was rather noisy. The pillows were not very good.

The staff was extremeable helpful and remembered me fro a previous visit.

The breakfast was fine, but it could have a little more hot food.

Excellent hotel with modern design and very kind staff. Excellent to stay with children. Located in the centre of the citi, and easy reach Besenova or Vysoke Tatry or Tatralandia. Highly recomended.

This was my second stay at the hotel. It is a well designed, modern hotel within easy reach of the town center and close to the ski resorts in Jasna. Free secure parking is available in the hotel grounds. Bedrooms are very comfortable and similar to what you would find in a 4* hotel.

Breakfast was adequate but could have been more variety (and would be good to have had water available along side the fruit juices).

The manager and the entire staff were very helpful with tips on where to go and what to do. The design is great, and the location is good -- close enough to the slopes but also near restaurants. All in all, a nice boutique hotel.

It is not exactly in the prettiest street in town (this did not bother us at all but it is a bit strange, considering the overall excellent quality of the hotel).

I stayed third time and hotel has still the same very good standart especially if you consider value for money.Staff very friendly a polite.What is big advantage is enclosed king area....
