Hotel Villa Bianca    

Very nice location and big, comfortable apartment.

The hotel is extremely new, clean and modern. The facilities are excellent, we particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna after a hard day on the slopes. The owner was helpful and friendly. Only a short drive from Jasna ski resort, and benefits from the town centre location with a few restaurants only a few minutes walk away. We also found the boot drying and garage storage facilities very useful for our wet ski gear. Only 1 word of caution, not related to the hotel directly - booking.com does not take your payment directly and only reserves the room, unlike other similar websites.

the staff were very rude, not told about added costs of spa facilities, was told that we were cheap, not made to feel at all welcome. would not recommend to stay if you are a tourist or snowboarder or skier. very unimpressed with customer care. the customer service let the facilities and hotel down!

The Hotel Villa Bianca is a modern hotel in design and style yet it offers an air of traditional hospitality. The staff was particularly helpful throughout our stay. It was comforting to be greeted in English since we had no fluency in the Slovak language. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through central Slovakia for business or for pleasure.

I really liked the neatness of the hotel, the service, the location, just simply it is really perfect hotel. Am just satified more than i expected.

Secure and of modern design. Central location.Very comfortable bed and great shower.Very clean. Breakfast ok. Could do with more friendly service.

Not easy to find. Asked for quiet room and got the corner one where bedroom was close to the electronic gates and road!! Woken early with rubbish truck collection. Windows open for airflow, as no air con or fans as it was very warm.No coffee, tea or milk supplied in rooms for a modern hotel. More suited for business people or skiers.

reservation of apartment was not available 1st night, we got a small room, but did not have to pay for it. 2nd night apartment was available and is very nice.

Take care to book carefully - especially if You want to take kids with You. However the crew help, we were a bit surprised.

I was greeted by an elderly woman, who made it clear that I was not welcome as a solo traveller, or motorcyclist. She actually spied on me whilst I unloaded my luggage!

The room was very big, very convenient, .the beds were very comfortable , The sheets were white and clean. The bathroom was very clean . The brake fast was rich The man in the reception was very friendly and helpful.

there is no elevator for the first floor , and it is a little problem if you have heavy luggage

My husband, son and me stayed in this hotel for three nights. Prices for the room and breakfast were reasonable. Owner was family and helpful. Location of the hotel was great easily accessible to the city centre, tourist information centre, train and bus station. Highly recommended to other travellers.

We liked everything. Secure Parking is provided on the premises. Nicely designed hotel. Clean room. Gd breakfast. Unlike some other Slovak hotels we went to, villa bianca staff made a good effort to communicate in English, we clearly appreciated this.

Все отлично, чистота, уют, хозяин прекрасный человек, который ответит на все ваши вопросы, например где лучше поужинать, бесплатная стоянка, великолепная природа. Мы останавливались в этом городке, чтобы посетить аквапарк, впечатления отличные, всем советую.

Standard I wielkość pokoju, mila obsługa , smaczne I obfite śniadania. Lokalizacja na uboczu lecz blisko centrum. Dobra komunikacja z okolicznymi atrakcjami przyrodniczymi I turystycznymi.

Vrelo odporúčame tento hotel.Síce sme v ňom strávili len 2 noci, určite sa sem ešte niekedy vrátime.Hotel je veľmi pekný,moderný a útulný - všetko max.čistučké! Izba a kúpeľňa vkusne,jednoducho a moderne zariadená.Personál veľmi ústretoví.Hotel sa nachádza v tichej uličke a predsa kúsoček od centra,v blízkosti obchody,kostol,autob.a žel.stanica.V okolí sa nachádza:lyž.stredisko Jasná, Demäňovské jaskyne,Aquapark Tatralandia,salaše.Max.spokojnosť :-)

Nowocześnie i estetycznie urządzony, ciekawy design, wzorowa czystość i przyjazna atmosfera! Spokojna cicha uliczka. Dobry punkt wypadowy.

Po 22 hotel jest zamknięty nie ma personelu jeśli gość zapomni klucza do bramy I drzwi nie ma możliwości aby dostał się do swojego pokoju
