Pleasant atmosphere of the hotel,very helpful personal, good furnished hotel double room (as well as other common rooms and lounge) with marks of "old times" – a kind of „nostalgia“, clean and quiet. |

The owner made us feel very welcome and looked after our every need. The funky gothic style of the hotel added to the period feel of the romantically named Stary Smokovec. Excellent breakfasts, and good recommendations from the owner for evening meals. |

A very quiet hotel - out of season, but very attentive manager who, although had limited English tried very hard to make us feel very welcome.We had a suite which was very spacious - you could sit outside in a cionservatory or on the balcony. There was a small fridge. The breakfast had a a good choice Having got a suite it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea |

Personel niezwykle uprzejmy i kompetentny. Zaproponowano nam dużo wcześniejsze śniadanie, bo chcieliśmy bardzo wcześnie ruszyć w góry. Pensjonat ma niezwykły klimat. Brak baru, ale to pensjonat, a nie hotel. |

lokalizacja, widoki, śniadanie, wystrój, duży, wygodny pokój drobnostki - być może przydałaby się lodówka w pokoju, trochę lepsza jakość odbioru i wybór programów TV - ale w końcu nie jedzie się w Tatry by oglądać TV ;) |

Excelente ubicación, en mitad de los tatras y en un resort de invierno. El hotel tiene encanto, y el matrimonio que lo gestiona son muy agradables. No hablan inglés. Las instalaciones son muy viejas, especialmente el mobiliario de las habitaciones. Es más similar a un albergue que a un hotel. |

Het was een heel mooi en luxe hotel, alleen wat saai. De prijs is wat aan de hoge kant Jammer dat er weinig internationale zenders, zoals Eurosport en CNN op de tv te ontvangen waren. |

Die Villa war sehr sauber, man erhielt gute Wandertipps, die Betreiber waren sehr zuvorkommend Uns wurde entgegen unserer Reservierung im Internet und weiteren mündlichen Beteuerung bei der Ankunft ein Kinderschlafplatz aufgedrängt und abgerechnet. Darüberhinaus wurde für ein 2 3/4 Jahre altes Kind das Frühstück entgegen jeder guten Sitte voll abgerechnet. |

Vi kände oss varmt välkomna och omhändertagna. Hotellet har en härlig gammeldags charm och vi stortrivdes. Det är jättenära tåget och prommenadavstånd till bergbanan och restauranger. |

Musím napísať, že iba Villa Dr. Szontagh - zariadenie, čo sa týka služieb je toho hodne, čo by bolo treba zlepšiť. Podotýkam, nie som náročný hosť. Služby a všeobecne vo Vysokých Tatrách sú katastrofálne. Nič tam nefunguje. Bola som so psom, ktorý nemal povolený nikde vstup. Vlastne toto bola moja posledná cesta do Vysokých Tatier. Možno nabudúce skúsim do Nízkych Tatier.Keďže žijem v Nemecku nedostatky, ktoré vo Vysokých Tatrách sú, sú o to markantnejšie. |
