A very quiet hotel - out of season, but very attentive manager who, although had limited English tried very hard to make us feel very welcome.We had a suite which was very spacious - you could sit outside in a cionservatory or on the balcony. There was a small fridge. The breakfast had a a good choice Having got a suite it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea |

Very friendly staff; great breakfast buffet (it looks small, but definitely is not as the owner refills every plate in the buffet frequently), the higher price for the suite (extra 7 EUR) was worth every cent The furniture-style is a bit outdated |

Staff specially. The hotel is really excellent. We will sure come back to there. The history of Dr Szontagh also is interesting. There is a wonderful church almost in front of the hotel that he built. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions about hikes, sights and transportation. (If you need to ask questions in English, make sure that the daughter, who speaks good English, is there. The view from the balcony was pleasant. The room was dark and the furniture had seen better days. The breakfast was not great. The rate was not cheap for Slovakia. But the location is great and the room was comfortable. |

Location - very convenient for the station, & excellent view (when not cloudy!). Sense of history. Attractive dining room & lounge area. Very helpful, pleasant & attentive staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. An excellent base for exploring the High Tatras with plenty of information readily available. A good big room, but a bit drab & not contemporary as stated on the website. The beds were 'cabin type' fastened to the wall & rather too narrow for comfort (we actually understood that we had booked a double room, not a twin). Would have liked facility to make drinks in our room. |

Le persone che ci hanno accolto sono state estremamente gentili e la colazione veramente superba. Dalle foto la struttura sembra molto isolata, in realtà è al centro del paese. In albergo non parlano inglese, ma in un modo o nell'altro ci siamo capiti! |
