Beautifuly furnished, stylish and clean room with an amazing view of Kosice... The service in restaurant was horrible. We were left at the table for almost twenty minutes without any attention of waiters! We left the restaurant very upset and hungry - staff just ignored us!! If the place was busy I would understand but there was only 4 tables for 3 waiters!! We even complained at the reception and left our room number but nothing happened really... To be honest this ruined our evening and certainly left the bitter feeling from the whole stay...

Service was friendly and efficient; reception and housekeeping staff were courteous. The hotel has been recently refurbished and features some attractive design features, with well-appointed rooms, lobby and a good cocktail bar. Small touches let the Yasmin down. For example: the mini-bar fridge was unplugged on arrival (and consequently, drinks were warm). Insufficient and inconveniently placed power outlets in the room. And although the bathroom was well-appointed, there were inexplicably no tissues. Small improvements would go a long way to improving the guest experience at Yasmin.

El hotel esta situado a pocos pasos del centro de Kosice. Las habitaciones son magnificas, muy amplias , limpias , confortables y de diseño . Recomiendo sin duda este hotel
