Absolutely brand-new hotel; modern conveniences from fire-safe elevators to eco-friendly lights in the rooms. Staff was very accommodating; most had excellent English; sometimes translation caused mis-understandings. Standard European breakfast fare (cold and hot). Good location and parking. Staff was happy to fix any problems; the cleaning staff are still being trained -- one day the trash might not be emptied; another day the toilet paper was not replaced. Overall, though, the rooms were beautiful, and always clean. A phone call to the front desk fixed any small problems. My family and I will definitely stay there again. |

We loved everything about our stay here - rates as one of our tops! From the staff who were friendly and accommodating, to the room with its excellent facilties including a bathroom almost as big as the bedroom, to the reliable and fuss-free free wifi connection, to the on-site parking, to the great breakfast with a variety of fresh foods, they have the formula perfectly right. Perfect for a stay to visit Košice! |
