Staff is absolutely helpful, hotel is fresh, room is nice & big. I liked it. Laundry is fast and not expensive - use it. I suppose breakfast is not on the top - it could be reacher and more tasteful.

The glass museum display, the large contemporary room and bath design, dinner and breakfast included and they allowed us to check in very early since we arrived via an overnight train at 7:30AM!!!! I loved that hotel!!!

There was a quite big room, the hotel is located in the city cented. The hotel has an amazing Bohemian glasswork collection. App 160 euro for 2 nights. Nice breakfast. There is no bathrobe in the standard room, no wifi internet in rooms. I booked a room with king/double bed but was given a two-bed room (I was traveling alone!). Hotel''s restaurant is very bad.

The staff was was exceptional and made us feel welcomed and cared for. The restaurant is very good, and again the service was attentive but not intrusive. The rooms feel luxurious and comfortable, they are well equiped. There is gated parking, so you feel safe about your car. And they not only allowed, but welcomed my little dog. We were disappointed they weren't opened over the New Year's holiday, and we had to change hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent, all very helpful, even offering to bring meals and anything we needed up to our room personally. The restaurant is excellent and the wine and cognac cellar and glass museum add a very nice touch. We were happily surprised to be handed 4 free meal vouchers for dinner when we arrived, which was even better since this ended up being the best restaurant we went to in Kosice. The hotel is very centrally located on the main street but is still very quiet since this is mainly a pedestrian area. The train station is an easy walk. At breakfast the delicious eggs were made to order. We liked almost everything. If we have any minor complaints these would be that the free wifi that works on the ground floor doesn't work very well upstairs. There is a cable in the room if you have a laptop. The tv signal was not great.

Great location for the city - also has parking. Excellent modern rooms, good food. On this occasion our T.V. was not in good shape - difficult to change channels - but we have used this hotel before and we have never had a problem in the past.

Spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 adults. Very good breakfasts. Included free dinners, which was unexpected - they were also very good. The staff was helpful and professional. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location was great, right on the beautiful main street of Kosice. The staff were very helpful and all spoke excellent English. The room was very modern and clean. The hotel had an excellent collection of glassware displayed in the foyer and dining room. The only improvement needed was new pillows as the three in our room were hard and lumpy.

Pokoj 111 má velmi příjemnou terasu. Umístění hotelu v centru je cool. Manželská postel /king size/ má mezeru mezi oběma matracemi asi 10 cm. Je to hloupé a pro ty co jsou zvyklí spát blízko u sebe velmi nepohodlné !! V pokoji málo světel. Na záchodě jen jedna rolička papíru (v hotelech tohoto typu bývají vždy dvě), věřím však, že by jej na požádání přinesli.
