Pleasant staffs. Good Location. (Indeed, San Marino is small, wherever in the town has no problem.) Nice view from Hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. I think that good restaurant and bar & cafe is the main of Hotel Bellavista, rather than accomodations.

Old-fashioned room is not equipped with A/C. Nice view is not from window of my room directly.

The location is really good. It's right by the information center and the tram station. And you can get a good view when standing in front of the hotel.

No air-conditioning. I can't even get in to sleep on a summer night.

Nice location in the Old Town. Very scenic views, good food, breakfast included, wifi good, pleasant staff.

No proper lobby or reception area, as it is combined with the cafe/restaurant. It is also up a slight hill from the entrance to the Old Town, so allow time for walking. My single room had only one window which was boarded up.

The location is very good. Walk to the castles is only 10 minutes uphill and the town hall is 1 minute. Good value for money. Wi-Fi worked great. Breakfast was good, croissant and different codiments were served. The view from my room was very good, opened to the square and downhill.

I was given a smoking room, but I wasn't asked a preference before. The towels were not very good, more like sheets. It may be difficult to find for the first time, because the entrance is the same as for the restaurant.

Very good location and awesome view from the window. Clean rooms.

Poor soundproofing of walls. It was OK for me, but if you have trouble of sleeping, this could be an issue.

Great location. Our room truly had a "bella vista." Most of staff very friendly and personable.

Parking a little difficult and hotel required some searching to find. Front desk person a little bothered by need to check me in and explain parking. Towels very thin.

Very nice clean hotel in the historical center or the town, with the great panorama throught the windows and friendly personal. There you can also have lunch and dinner because there is a restaurant downstairs which also allow you to feel lovely atmosphere of San-Marino.As soon as you going out the hotel you immediately appear in one of the most important part of San-Marino,from where you can start your walk through this marvellous town!

I didn't find the entrance immediately because i didn't know that it is also possible to enter the hotel throught restaurant on the first floor. In my room there was not a conditioner so it was enough hot during the summertime

Location in center of old town.

Lack of air conditioning in the heat of 40 degrees. In this connection, it's absolutely impossible to be in-room , in spite of all the other positive things. Very meager breakfast. We can say, there is not breakfast.

Friendly staff, excellent location, and as the name suggests, a beautiful view. The location on the path between the cable car and the main square was a key factor in choosing this place, and such was the convenience and welcome of this place that I ended up having lunch and drinks there throughout my stay. The price was also excellent value.

Not really a "not like" but more a "be aware" - there is no car access to anywhere within the city walls if you're arriving by rentacar - park in one of the extra-mural car parks. I recommend P6 on the East of the city as there is step-free route to BellaVista which is handy if you've got luggage on wheels. Also the room didn't have air-con, so a bit hot at night in August.

The hotel's location is exceptional. It is in the very center of the old upper town. In our room we had two windows which allowed us to have about 270-degree view of Italy surrounding San Marino. They have quite a nice restaurant downstairs. Despite some lack of comfort, it is a perfect solution for a one-night stay in San Marino (and you will hardly need more than one night).

The comfort was very basic. We had a shared toilet next to us, and we heard people flushing all the night. The room is quite small, and our bathroom was exceptionally small. They have no elevator, and it was quite a pain to bring all the bags upstairs.
