The internet connection was horrible and I could just connect using my cell phone. I tried taking a cable but even with that it does not work. The breakfast was not as described by the Hotel description at Booking.com. The swimming pool was always crowded of children and people, impossibiliting its use. When I got to the hotel no one helped me with my luggage.

The only thing I did not like was the bed.It was extrenly.Very very hard.It was impossible to relax on it. The rest of the experience was pleasant and the attendance was good and the perfect location and hotel overall was very good. Please change the beds are extremenly hard it is very difficult to relax on them.

We loved it! Having the buffet breakfast was lovely and a nice chance to regroup before heading out, there was something for everyone! Having WiFi was definitely a bonus and not having to pay for parking was the best deal yet. The pool, hot tub and sauna were just awesome, I only wish it were open early in the morning, my son loved it and is used to being able to do a little swiming before everyone else is awake. But, minutes away from city centre it was just perfect for what our family needed.

The hotel was not too far out of the old centre, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection for all the family. Easy parking and easy access. Rooms spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, swimming facilities only after 18.00 hours. No fresh bread at breakfast and only powder coffee machine available. You can ask for a real espresso but you have to pay for it. Thas is a disgrace in San Marino/Italy.

Friendly staff. Easy to park the car. Very small room and Wc for a 4 star hotel. At 8/9 am. They started cleaning the other rooms making a loud noise. Not confortable as expected for a 4 star.

The hotel is very good. It is a 4 star hotel indeed. Staff is friendly and willing to help you. Also there is a small spa that you can relax in the evening! It would be unfair to say that because we were unlucky and were given a room next to the ventilation system on a booked hotel the hotel is terrible. But if you are a light sleeper avoid rooms 103 and 104.

No matter which part of world you come from, you can charge your cell phone or other device without worry about your plug in. That's really nice of this hotel. The rooms are big and beautiful. There is a spa area free of charge, and the breaksfast is wonderful. The girl in the reception didn't explain us that as we were sleeping there we could pay the half at the city parking for the whole day. The spa center just open from 18:00 (but it doesn't open'til 18:30) until 22:00. The turkish bath didn't work for the two days we were there. The bathroom is ok, but not so great as it appears at the pic.

Very nice hotel. We were surprised at it's 3 star rating. Thought it shold be 4. Excellent restrauant. Very helpful front desk and they speak english. Parking can be limited.

Great hotel just under historic centre of San Marino, very close to base station of the cable car. Spa is included in the price and offers dry/wet sauna, jacuzzi and a pool. The breakfast was rich. Great value for money. No vegetables included in the breakfast buffee. You need a swimming cap to enter the swimming pool, remeber to pack one or you can buy one at the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the restaurant was also great, location is perfect.The hotel has a magnificent garden in which you can relax after a busy day.The room was very nice and the antique furniture was just perfect! The windows of our room opened up to the back entrance and a staircase but we were out most of the day so it did not matter too much.

The hotel is very nice. Parking is free and inside hotel, people at front desk are very kind, the room is big, nice bathroom with nice, spacious (for Italy, enormous), sky tv. The swimming pool, spa and sauna are nice as well with people helping at usage. Breakfast is good. The price is very convenient for what you get. Nothing to complain, really. And this is my first hotel that I don't complain.
