The bathroom was spacious & the beds were comfortable & breakfast had a lot of variety. Internet didn't work during the stay.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of friendliness. The staff were so helpful. Everyone was pleasant and went above and beyond. Most excellent!

Good location as near the football stadium and easy access to the historical centre by cable car. Free car parking, wifi and breakfast was included in the room rate. Rooms were big if slightly old fashioned but were clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn't offer hot food, only continental.

Fantastic value! The customer service we received was fantastic. Every member of staff that we came into contact with couldn't do enough for us. I have never experienced such a brilliant service. The furnishing and decor matched hotels that we have experienced at twice the price. Fantastic value for money. I would have loved to stay there longer. absolutely fautless

The rooms were large and there were views of spectacular San Marino from the pool area. The reception, restaurant, pool and spa area were all nicely decorated. The restaurant staff were lovely. We made use of the billiards room which was complimentary. The airconditioning in the first room they gave us was broken and since it was very hot we had to ask (several times) for a change of rooms. The photos of the rooms on the website are not representative of the decor. Both rooms we were in did not have the sumptious furnishings that are shown in the photos, though there was antique furniture throughout the hallways. For the price, I felt the place was good.

Struttura moderna e staff molto disponibile. Grazie al centro benessere con piscina abbiamo trascorso 1 giorno in totale relax La camera presentava macchie e segni sui muri. Avrebbe avuto bisogno di una tinteggiatura per essere considerata al top.

Прекрасный, чистый, красивущий отель! Тут нет ничего, что бы вам не понравилось. Отель подходит для путешественников на машине. Так как находится в некой удаленности от исторического центра и обладает собственной бесплатной парковкой. Если вы на машине и в Сан Марино - останавливайтесь тут - не пожалеете!

La colazione L'hotel sulla carta ha 4 stelle ma non le dimostrava per niente. Arredamento vecchiotto e pacchiano con crocifissi nelle stanze e iconografie religiose per I corridoi. Inoltre l'hotel si trova su uno stradone quindi impossibile uscire senza macchina anche solo per un caffè. Spa appena accettabile.

Le camere non erano munite di materiale informativo dell'albergo e di come contattare la receèption, per avere dei cuscini in piu' si e' dovuto attendere 1 ora, per la colazione in camera piu' di 30 min.
