The hotel is furnished with antique furniture, the rooms and bathrooms are very nice and spacious. The wellness was included in the price of the de luxe double room, we had the swimming pool all for ourselves between 9 and 10 pm. There is a nice view on the castle from the swimming pool, mainly at night when the castle is lit. There is a free parking just at the hotel. The staff was very nice, mainly the guy at the swimming pool. There was a smoker in our room before us, which we smelled during the whole stay.

2 hours of free wi-fi, then you have to pay. Wi-fi only functions in lobby. Slow upload rate so skype is impossible. TV has no english channels and functions poorly. Staff was a little stiff.

The internet connection was horrible and I could just connect using my cell phone. I tried taking a cable but even with that it does not work. The breakfast was not as described by the Hotel description at Booking.com. The swimming pool was always crowded of children and people, impossibiliting its use. When I got to the hotel no one helped me with my luggage.

The only thing I did not like was the bed.It was extrenly.Very very hard.It was impossible to relax on it. The rest of the experience was pleasant and the attendance was good and the perfect location and hotel overall was very good. Please change the beds are extremenly hard it is very difficult to relax on them.

- Very nice staff - Facilities (bar, restaurant, chargers for portable phones!, free internet on public PC) - Very nice Spa area - Hairdryer in room broken and shortage of 'portable hairdryers' - Excellent price via booking.com = less good rooms, obviously, one has to be aware of that - Pity the Hammam was not perfumed with any essential oils like eucalyptus

The staff was very nice and always helped us when we had a problem. The breakfast buffet had a rich choise (bread, croissant, various cake and buiscuits, fruit, egg, sausage, musli...) There was a fitness room, a swimming pool and billiard table for free use. Wired internet for free

We loved it! Having the buffet breakfast was lovely and a nice chance to regroup before heading out, there was something for everyone! Having WiFi was definitely a bonus and not having to pay for parking was the best deal yet. The pool, hot tub and sauna were just awesome, I only wish it were open early in the morning, my son loved it and is used to being able to do a little swiming before everyone else is awake. But, minutes away from city centre it was just perfect for what our family needed.

The hotel was not too far out of the old centre, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection for all the family. Easy parking and easy access. Rooms spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, swimming facilities only after 18.00 hours. No fresh bread at breakfast and only powder coffee machine available. You can ask for a real espresso but you have to pay for it. Thas is a disgrace in San Marino/Italy.

Friendly staff. Easy to park the car. Very small room and Wc for a 4 star hotel. At 8/9 am. They started cleaning the other rooms making a loud noise. Not confortable as expected for a 4 star.

The hotel is very good. It is a 4 star hotel indeed. Staff is friendly and willing to help you. Also there is a small spa that you can relax in the evening! It would be unfair to say that because we were unlucky and were given a room next to the ventilation system on a booked hotel the hotel is terrible. But if you are a light sleeper avoid rooms 103 and 104.

The rooms are big and beautiful. There is a spa area free of charge, and the breaksfast is wonderful. The girl in the reception didn't explain us that as we were sleeping there we could pay the half at the city parking for the whole day. The spa center just open from 18:00 (but it doesn't open'til 18:30) until 22:00. The turkish bath didn't work for the two days we were there. The bathroom is ok, but not so great as it appears at the pic.

Pleasant hotel with nice restaurant, clean room and good breakfast. The spa centre is open only from 6pm to 10pm, impossible to use it if you're only for a night. If you want to use the swimming be prepare with a swimming hat or you could purchase it for 4 euros and the spa staff don't speak english.

Very nice hotel. We were surprised at it's 3 star rating. Thought it shold be 4. Excellent restrauant. Very helpful front desk and they speak english. Parking can be limited.
