Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels. Freundlichkeit des Personals. Seit 2 Jahren ist der Vorplatz des Hotels weder gepflastert noch geteert.Nur ein alter Teppich am Schotter. |

Modern design; wonderful pillows; very friendly and helpful staff. It is totally impossible to find this hotel without specific instructions as there are no signs anywhere (look for Passepartout on the world trade center, rather than for Ixo, while the entrance is located on the other side of the building, going three floors up the parking decks and behind the building); the beds are small, no duvet but only blanket; everything requires a user manual, to open the sliding door to the balcony, to use the phone to call reception; climate control very noisy; in room breakfast amongst the poorest ever; the parking is unpaved and dirty when raining |

Le finiture e l'arredo della camera, sala bistrot e comunque nel complesso l'originalità e la modernità di tutto l'albergo. La cortesia dello staff. Il luogo particolarmente tranquillo. Non ci sono indicazioni. I palazzi chiaramente si notano ma perché bisogna salire per tre parcheggi soprelevati per giungere all'entrata? |

la cortesia del personale soprattutto del ristorante sono allergica agli acari e secondo me la stanza non aveva sufficiente pulizia della polvere, trattenuta forse dalle tappezzerie perchè in effetti l'aspetto era pulito |
