Het hotel is leuk met veel comfort. Wij vonden de mogelijkheid zelf te kunnen koken heel fijn. Ben je niet gebonden aan vroeg op te staan om ontbijt te benutten. Het hotel is schoon en netjes onderhouden.

Het feit dat er nog niet veel te doen is in bijzijn van het hotel. En dat je wel een auto moet bezitten anders moet je taxi gebruiken. Er is geen mogelijkheid tot openbaar vervoer.

Spacious, clean, satellite TV, well-equipped kitchenette, quiet location, easy access by car to San Marino.

Receptionist not in office when we left at 9am. But it didn't matter because we had paid in advance and we just left the key on the floor outside the office.

Location of the hotel is good, near the rapid road. Room is very good, there is also a kitchenette.

The car is recommended - there is a bus to the San Marino city but it is rare. The kitchenette costs additional 12 Euro for stay of less then 3 days. There is no restaurant in the pedestrian vicinity - there's some asia restaurant nearby, but it can be accessed only from the highway, we could not find any road there.

Very comfortable, clean, cheap, spacious room, ecxeeds all expectations!

Internet connection was very poor, break continiously.

The room had a built-in kitchen in the cupboards. That practically turns the room into a small apartment. Good for longer stay.

Not particularly clean. No working wi-fi in the rooms (the Receptionist said it worked in the "lobby", meaning the sofa in front of the main door, but we didn't check it). Not comfy beds and we didn't even have a blanket, we had to use the bed's cover and it was too thin (we stayed there in December). The Receptionist didn't speak a word of English, although he was trying to be helpful. There is no Reception to begin with, he was sitting in something like a Security office next to the door. Not a big deal, but it's closed on Sundays. Not sure what you have to do if you need to check in on a Sunday. The whole hotel has a very cheap feel to it, although it seems new, and it's located in a very remote area (next to the border with Italy but 11km from the city of San Marino) with a lot of other hotels nearby.

An excellent location with fast access to the main road, a comfortable and fully equipped apartment, great staff, especially the Manager, supermarket within walking distance, close to shopping centers(need a car).

Great Value for the money and the room was very well equipped. Very large fridge and freezer. Stove with pots, pans, plates, utensils, vent hood and nice prep area. Very modern and new. Would stay here again for sure. Close to San Marino's three castles up on the hill (20 min drive). The cost is 50% less than staying up in the tourist area. If you are willing to drive you can save some money. All of the Hotels near the tourist area were $95-$180 dollars a night. We stayed at our hotel for $52 dollars. Front desk did not speak English but we managed fine. Nice stay for sure.

Camera ampia, confortevole, ben accessoriata. Grande tv color (anche se di quelli a tubo catodico), lettore dvd, sky, mini hi-fi con lettore usb, cucina con microonde, letto ampio, bagno dotato di ogni cosa. Parcheggio gratuito.

La posizione. Meno male che avevamo a disposizione l'auto altrimenti sarebbe stato impossibile visitare il centro storico (distante circa 12 km dalla struttura).

El trato que recibí y la habitación en sí. Además cuenta con un baño bastante grande y bien equipado, aunque sin bañera.

Me perdí al llegar ya que la calle es nueva y no la conocen ni los gps ni los lugareños. Aunque desde la carretera se ve un cartel enorme.

La camera moderna e luminosa e la cucina molto comoda per chi viaggia con bambini come me c'è anche il microonde. La doccia stupenda...

La polvere che c'era sotto il letto.. A mia figlia le erano caduti dei giochini e nel raccoglierli era bianca di polvere a ciuffetti.. Non e'il massimo...

Excelente lugar! habitaciones confortables, casi un departamento. Buen punto de partida para visitar San Marino.

Para llegar al Residence San Marino seria necesario mas carteles indicativos, ya que la salida de la autopista no coincide con las calles que llegan al lugar y es dificultoso retomar en sentido contrario. No aparece la calle en GPS, solamente un cartel luminoso sobre el edificio te guia.

Residence molto carino e pulito, per chi viaggia con i bambini è ottimo per che è una mini casa ci sta tutto.

Il silenzio del trovarsi in centro ma contemporaneamente fuori dal caos della statale

Non era pulito benissimo e c'era ancora odore di sigaretta del cliente precedente
