Hotel Rossi  

Location to the top of San Marino was excellent, with a bus stopping outside the hotel, only taking 8 minutes to the top and only costing just over 1 euro. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Cannot fault the hotel or the staff, had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Although not a fault of the hotel, the busy road outside is certainly interesting to negotiate (especially when you have to get yourself across the road with cases in order to catch a bus back to Rimini). Aside from this though, no complaints.

Very nice room with views to the Adriatic. Very cordial, professional staff, excellent breakfast, easy to find, parking and just a few kilometers to the center of the historic center of the City of San Marino.

The only hotel I've ever been to with no tv channels in English. There were more than a hundred channels in the tv set however all of them in Italian :-)

It was a really welcoming family experience. The room/suite provided was excellent for my family and I -2 teenagers and my husband and I. There was a very swift check in and a superb selection of towels and toiletries provided for us , this was very helpful as this was only a very brief one night stay. The location was very peaceful and the view from our room was a lovely surprise, all the way to Rimini and the sea. It was ideally placed for a good value trip to San Marino The breakfast provided inlcuded all that you would require and the coffee was particularly good, top italian quality, freshly made for each person

If you had to find anything it would perhaps be described as not thorougly modern, but I think that is part of the experience and it is a lovely change from the sometimes anonymous/identikit experience which a chain offers.

Helpful staff......good location ...close to train into rome...train leaves a few steps from hotel to Roma Termini Station....then with metro into city....surroundings of hotel not exciting but we were there for sightseeing in rome. "Easy" accessible by car. Quiet street parking. Good breakfast.

Le respect du client ne doit pas être une priorité car cet établissement est tres tres Tres bruyant. La direction n'est pas intervenue malgré des enfants hurlants, courants dans l'escalier etc, etc ...et pas un adulte pour calmer ces jeunes trop occupes à rigoler bêtement et très fort ... Bravo! C'est formidable pour se reposer .... pour dormir n'

Sehr unkomplizierte Handhabung des Zimmertausches (angebotenes Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße)... Keine Aufpreis für upgrade!!!

Отель хороший. Все понравилось. Работает ресторан, в ресторане русская повар Татьяна, сама вышла к нам спросить, что мы будем заказывать. Большая частная парковка. Все достойно. В ванной тоже есть окно и из него также,как из самого номера, открывается красивый вид.

Зачем-то в 8 утра к нам вломилась горничная. Открыла своим ключом. Надо оставлять ключ в замке, тогда не зайдет никто)

Camera ben insonorizzata sebbene affacciasse proprio sul corso principale che porta verso San Marino. Stanza ben pulita ed accogliente. Staff efficiente.

Sono proprio piccolezze. Accoglienza un po' fredda da parte dello staff dell'albergo, forse un po' troppo formale per una coppia giovane come noi. Temperatura della camera un po' troppo alta. Avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale ma ci è stata assegnata una camera doppia. Abbiamo fatto notare la cosa all'addetto della reception, il quale ha fatto immediatamente preparare una camera matrimoniale.

Abbiamo gradito la disponibilità del personale, la pulizia e il comfort della camera,l' ottima colazione e il prezzo comveniente!

La disposione della camera :posizione dal lato della strada ha compromesso il riposo!

Cortesia e disponibilità. Su richiesta ci hanno cambiato la stanza fronte strada con una fronte campagna non rumorosa.

Metà delle stanze è a pochi metri dalla strada, molto trafficata, per San Marino.

La dimensione dell'hotel è giusta per una buona gestione senza dispersioni. I servizi offerti sono buoni (ascensore, ampiezza e dotazione della stanza e del bagno, possibilità di cena, colazione completa e buona).

La "quadrupla" non era effettivamente tale, nel senso il secondo era un divano letto matrimoniale scomodissimo: i bambini sono riusciti a dormire, ma una sistemazione così non si vende come "quadrupla" ma come "matrimoniale con divano letto biposto aggiunto": se fossimo stati quattro adulti, saremmo stati malissimo. Rapporto qualità / prezzo non soddisfacente da questo punto di vista. Gestione non particolarmente cortese. Posizione scomoda per il centro storico e per le altre destinazioni: necessaria auto.
