Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Renovations are still being made, so part of the hotel is a construction site, but we got lucky with our room since it was on the other side and even had a balcony. |

The restaurant downstairs was nice and we had quite a good meal. We arrived while the hotel was shrouded in scaffolding and plastic sheeting. Our room had just been finished - the balcony was still a building site with plaster rubble and old carpet everywhere. The outside space was a building site and stank of drains. While I appreciate the owner has to continue in business, I feel the hotel should have notificed you of the state it was in. I would have moved elsewhere if I had had the chance. |

It was located well enough to walk into the main areas and certainly a quiet enough stay with a friendly family-run staff. The breakfast (included in the price) was somewhat spartan and early checking out had to make cash payments as the systems aren't available at 7am! Could be embarrassing if you've no ready cash. I've said I wouldn't freely recommend the place but it certainly wasn't an unpleasant experience, just not quite to my preference. |

The staff was incredibly nice!! This place also offers great value for your money and the restaurant was quite good. The rooms were a bit on the small-ish side, but the positives more than compensate for this. |

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The scenery was amazing. A lovely stay in a very nice and clean hotel. It was a bit weird that you have to pay an extra 7 Euros a day to use the hotel parking places. |

Exceptionaly friendly and welcoming owner/management. Room clean, comfortable and well appointed. Renovation works ongoing externally, however this did not effect the interior spaces or comfort of our stay. |

ambiente pulito, giovanile, estrema cordialità e familiarità del personale; camera tripla abbastanza ampia, confortevole con arredamento piacevolmente originale; ottimo il ristorante dell'hotel con vasta scelta di portate di mare e di terra, pizzeria e ampia carta dei vini servizio giovane, dinamico e impeccabile |

Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, le camere molto pulite e nuove e vicino al centro storico. Peccato solo per l'impalcatura dovuta ai lavori di ristrutturazione della facciata esterna che non permetteva la vista del paesaggio..ma un disagio veramente minimo!!! |

Frisch renoviertes Zimmer, sehr designbewusst eingerichtet, für Fischfreunde befindet sich ein Fischrestaurant im Haus, erstklassige Lage (gute Aussicht und ca. 10 min bis zum Ort San Marino) Leider stand noch das Gerüst von den Renovierungsarbeiten. Dadurch konnte man die Aussicht nicht so genießen. |

Great Service, Kind People (they even tried to speak a bit english - even they were not able), Chef able to speak it, fr, eng! Good to know, very silent aircondition, great food in the restaurant hotel and gastronomie runned by owner and family. M u c h b e t t e r than expected Everything was great - would stay there again (any time) Very narrow rooms, Towels (Iwould use those to do my dish) |

Séjour vraiment excellent, accueil et restauration excellents avec un cadre exceptionnel et un bon emplacement à 2 pas de saint marin.un personnel qui fait l'effort de parler et se faire comprendre par le client. Petit dejeuner un peu juste et hotel en restauration |

Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza del proprietario e di tutto il suo staff. Disponibilità da inchino, buonissima infrastruttura, ( peccato solo per i lavori di ristrutturazione all'intonaco esterno, non ci ha permesso di ammirare lo splendido panorama che si ha davanti).Cucina ottima, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, sembra di stare in famiglia. |

Hotel w trakcie remontu, widok z okien zasłonięty rusztowaniami, w jednym pokoju nieczynna klimatyzacja, ale wszystkie te niedogodności miało odzwierciedlenie w upuście cenowym na miejscu. |

Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und daher ganz neu (lt. Besitzer waren wir der "Erstbezug" des Zimmers, das wohl auch das erste ist, das fertig renoviert wurde). Service etc. war ok. Es war halt nur nicht glücklich, mitten in der Umbauphase die Zimmer zu vermieten, ohne vorher zumindest einen Hinweis auf die Bauarbeiten zu geben. Das Hotel war quasi nicht zu finden, da es hinter einer Baustellenplane über die gesamte Gebäudehöhe verdeckt war und gerade großflächig renoviert wurde. Am Morgen nach der Übernachtung spazierten also die Bauarbeiter direkt vor dem Fenster auf dem Gerüst herum. |
