Very friendly staff Great value for money

do NOT purchase perfumes from san marino local shops: they look cheap but they will sell you products which are only "eau de toilette" and not "eau de perfume"!!!

Right in the center of the city. The Hotel staff was wonderfully helpful and the bed was so comfortable. I really enjoyed the onsite restaurant and the clean and tidy room.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant and breakfast were lovely. Location was great. Good price for what you got.

Shower needed improving as head kept falling off and soaking the room! Also ring ahead and double check about parking as our parking was in a public lot but hotel had designated areas.

Absolutely gorgeous view from our terrace and room, the staff was so kind and accomodating and you are in the middle of town! The Restaurant had the best view, great food and wonderful service, a must if you are in San Marino.

The layout of the room is good (bathroom not inside the bedroom) and a coat hanger in the door alley. The bathroom is roomy. My favorite was the classic furnitures. They match the atmosphere and tone of the historic center. The breakfast is plenty and delicious. The wifi is fast.

Sound proof is poor; we could hear cars on the street and people taking shower next door. The shower water wasn't running fast and it took sometime for the water to warm up.

Friendly personal, there was u guy speaking Croatian he was great. Location is great especially if you have room with a view witch is great. Everything is close. I coming again as I stay only one night but next time more...:-)

The room was large with a gorgeous view of the valley below the mountains. There was also a large balcony shared with the adjacent rooms with the same wonderful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the old town close to all of the sights and attractions.

Very nice hotel. Its in the heart of San Marino so you cant drive directly to it, however the garage is only a few hundred metres distant so no real problem. Located up in the very old part of the principality, so there are a lot of tourists during the day. Great range of restaurants, many of which are very reasonably priced. We stayed for the MotoGP and a taxi each way was 70 euros, which was pretty good (between4), very convenient and saved all the aggro of finding Rimini (not easy) and parking (very difficult). We had the cheapest rooms and these were acceptable (but not brilliant)

We only stayed for one night and the hotel staff upgraded us which was really super. The location of the hotel is wonderful and you have amazing views out of the windows. The hotel is set in the middle of the old town so it is extremely easy to get around and visit the old centre.

The hotel is however dated and in needs of redoecorating. The bathroom looks ancient and the water pressure is not great. We could sometimes hear the people above us move around, but generally the soudproofing was sufficient.

The position was really good, easy to be reached and with a nearby parking place, free during night. The staff was friendly and nice and from the room there was a nice view.

The room was really old and old fashioned, it didn't seem really clean and, when we arrived, there was a towel under the radiator. Internet didn't work (at least it was free). In the bathroom there were no sockets. The lift didn't work properly.

Location is superb and views from bedroom and both restaurants are fantastic. Room we had was small but loads of character. You are in the heart of this fairy tale place of San Marino so sit back and soak up the atmosphere. Totally recommend and amazing price as well.

It has very good location only five-minute walk from the Bus stop. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The room was not so big but clean.

Air conditioning a huge problem. Staff seemed eager to drain unit every two hours rather than have it fixed properly during our 7 night stay. No offer to change room or reimbursement for in convenience. Greatly recommend Grand Hotel San Marino over Hotel Titano.

Fantastic location right in the historic centre with all the sights of San Marino within easy walking distance. Rooms are well equipped but characterful as the hotel is within an historic building. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Car parking was available at a nearby private underground car park (shared with another hotel) and hotel staff will help with transfer of luggage if required. Amazing views from our room, as well as from the hotel terrace restaurant.

The sound-proffing between rooms wasn't great - we had some noise from the guests upstairs who seemed to be re-arranging their furniture, but this didn't spoil our stay.

Very charming hotel, established 1894 almost on the top on The Monte Titano, in the middle of the center of Cittá San Marino. Old luxury, also nice and stylish restaurant La Terrazza and café. Friendly and very helful staff! for example to get taxis (they are not many in San Marino!), print boarding passes & cetera. Quiet and peaceful in the evenings and in the night time!

A little bit small rooms, but one must remember that this hotel is very old (with charm of an old luxury hotel!).

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was generous and lunch I had on the terrace was very good quality. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was in excellent condition. The location is very central, everything is a short walk away. There is a small supermarket nearby.

立地がサンマリノの主要ポイント内にあり、自由の女神像の隣。短時間で主要な全ての見所を回れる。窓からは- 遮る物がない高台ならではの素晴らしい光景が見られる。食事は併設のレストランも同様の景観で、価格も手頃- 。

自動車で向かったのだが、土地柄入り組んだ路地故ホテルの場所が不明確で、ナビやGoogleマップでは対- 応出来ない。（電波状況も良くなく快適に受信できない。） サイトでは敷地内に駐車場があるとの事で、ホテルを自車で探したが、ホテルの位置は観光客乗り入れ禁止内に- あり、知らずに中へ入ってしまい厳重に注意された。これらの一件でサンマリノ到着後チェックインまでに一時- 間半を要した。Wi-Fiは基本一部屋1パスワードで複数人が同時に使用できないため、人数分依頼する必要がある。
