The hotel safety is good. There is no harlot disturbing us in the hotel which we face and disturbed in many african hotels. There is no doctor employed for Hotel. After 30 minutes of my breakfast in the Hotel, I have suffered terrible abdomen ache. I told reception to find me a doctor. They call somebody from out of hotel he could come in time. I call another doctor through my friend then after 1.50 hours the doctor come. But I did not ask whether hotel's or my friends doctor. During this time I vomit twice in my room. I just wonder what make my stomac so upset in the breakfast? It was the last date in my staying in the hotel.

Very convenient. Well functioning hotel with good service, clean and comfortable rooms. The only thing might be that the dining area gets extremely noisy!

It has a free shuttle from the airport, I had to walk right outside the arrival area to eventually get to the shuttle vehicle, being hassled by the usual airport types to buy their goods, they did not have anyone at the airport to meet me even though I requested to be met, giving the time of my flight arrival and a request to be met at the airport.

Je suis arrivé à 23 h et l'hôtel était sur-réservé! Aucun dédommagement. Ceci est inacceptable! Je n'irai jamais à un autre Novotel de ma vie et en parlerai en mal à tout ceux que je peux.

Les chambres et la qualité de la literie. Sa localisation. Fermeture et rénovation de l'extérieur/piscine sans être prévenu à la réservation. Tous les espaces de vie ( bar, restauration) fermés, sans vue sur l'extérieur à causes des travaux.

- La situation géographique : l'hotel est situé au centre de Dakar. - Service très moyen : malgré le sourire du personnel, tout le monde a l'air d'être dépassé... Le room service ne répond jamais. - J'avais besoin d'un dentifrice. On m'a demandé de payer 6000 FCFA (~10 euro) pour une trousse contenant un mini dentifrice, du coton et des coton-tiges... - Restauration pas terrible : choix limité et fraicheur douteuse - J'ai payé la chambre sur internet et chaque fois que j'ai fait appel au room service on m'a demandé de payer immédiatement ! - Je n'y retournerai plus. Il y a aujourd'hui beaucup plus de choix d''hotels plus convenables à Dakar.

Très bon rapport qualité /prix.On peut garder la chambre jusque 17h sans supplément quand on a un vol le soir c'est très bien...

Un buon hotel in una posizione non eccezionale, il resto comunque buono considerando il paese in cui si trova. A prete tuuto ho trovato il solito servizio di buon livello in linea con le esigenze di chi va all'estero per affari. Sarebbero solo eccessi di pignoleria

kraaknet en vriendelijke staff reservering via booking.com met vooruitbetaling werkte niet, bij aankomst bleek de betaling nietin orde. dat was erg vervelend. Ook om dingen op de kamer op te schirjven voor betaling ging steeds gepaard met strenge voorwaarden. Er hangt een sfeer van achterdocht rond financiële zaken, die begrijpelijk maar onaangenaam is.
