The fact that they do not mattress protector. Everything was hold and broke No laundery facility the suited. The kitchen are poorly furnished. n.

The staff was very helpfull for any kind of question or assistance needed. The hotel is well organized with all facilities needed for business or city trip. Located at walking distance from ferry pier and other main touristic sites.

What I did not like has nothing to do with hotel management, but the numerous people, self-called tourist guides, various merchants and taximen waiting for potential customer arount the hotel, this is common in Dakar, again, but annoying.

Staff was perfect .

The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. It was nice to have the pool to come back to after a day around the city but it could have done with being a bit cleaner.

The location was quite central but you had to walk down a lot of side streets to get to it. Walking as a couple was fine but if I was a female walking on my own I definitely would not have felt safe. I saw Hotel Farid while walking around which was also recommended and was about the same price. It was much nearer the main roads so if I was going to go back I think i would try it before going back to Hotel Faidherbe.

Good central location, staff very friendly, good pool, good bar, taxi service outside, clean. Staff very honest.

Menu in restaurant poor. Not much choice. Could do with menu in more tan one language. Not everyone speaks just French. English or Spanish would be a help.

Decent rooms, good reception staff, decent breakfast.

Some of the bar staff are unfriendly to the point of arrogance, a shame as the rest of the hotel staff are very professional and helpful. Also overeliance on the microwave in the restaurant.

Well situated hotel just away from the thick of things but not too far out of the centre as so many hotels tend to be in this city.The room was clean, the reception staff efficient and the hotel pool was a welcome relief in the April heat.

The breakfast was a bit limited although for the price this was not really an issue.

Petit déjeuner peu varié lorsque nous restons plusieurs jours

No wifi.

La situation, ideal pour une nuit de transit a Dakar pas trop cher. Etablissement correct pour les normes sénégalaises. Personnel plutot sypma. Piscine appréciable après une journée de visite dans la foule de Dakar. L'hôtel dispose d'un toit terrasse avec vu sur Dakar, a voir absoluement si vous y séjournez.

La salle de bain est un petit peu vieillotte, à l'image de l'hôtel.

Staff freindlyness and efficiency at reception desk and lobby bar varies very much - from distanced / uninteressed to proactive / very supportive.A matter of luck whom you meet. The lobby bar is somewhat dark and uncomfortable. Two TV screens with different programs running at the same time View from the room ("pool side" view) was just on the emergency staircase

La salle de bain mériterait une rénovation.

La piscina pequeña pero muy limpia y se agradece un bañito por las tardes, la ubicacion, y sobre todo la amabilidad de los trabajadores, especialmente de la recep del turno de tarde

Att dom sevade hissen på dagtid. Kan göras på natten i ett land där personalkostnader är låga.
