location, price and breakfast
Some times noice from other rooms is anoying. Parking in drop off area make it difficult to get visitors to come by.
Location very central. Rooms quiet Personnel was very helpful and friendly
Bathroom not very clean Plastic cover mattress and pillow Mosquito's in the room
Rooms not the cleanest...especially bathrooms. Moldy! Towels dingy! Overall felt rundown & unclean. Pictures don't match the actual!!
Linen and towels were inadequate which was a general turn off
Location was convenient to nice eating places and taxi stand, gas station, etc. The Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The efficiency of pick-up and drop-off included as amenities.
The moldy smell in the room. The plastic on the pillows. The air condition unit needed cleaning. Their refusal to refund any money for early check-out because of my severe allergies to mold. I couldn't breathe. It did not bother my husband. The reason for not refunding: "You used Booking.com"
The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good.
The toilet seat was old with yellow stains and stank. No pen, paper or other toiletries. The towels were way off white. Cleanliness is the issue and keep up repairs no matter how small.
The staff had help me to give a room, and he was relax and helpfully.
The room was not clean, the shower was also not clean. On the bed you can see hair of the guest before and also the bed was not proper. The shower was not clean at all. The wc als had hair of the guest before I think... The sink of shower and lavatory was base (not clean). The room stinks, and not good warm water in the shower. You had to clean the shower yourself before you can take a shower. I do not recumbent nobody to stay in Queens Hotel.
Comfort and quality
There is need for other recreation activities eg a pool
breakfast Staff Travel agency Location
Sunday night the disco from Hell began with the vibrations shaking the room and the "music" piercing the our ears, continued until after 1 am - airport pickup was at 2:30 so no sleep that night. Only happened on one of the nights we stayed, but that was enough.
Location and friendly staff
To much noise at night due to bars loud music and casinos close by
The travel agency in the lobby was excellent. We booked a custom tour that was very professionally executed. We found everyone friendly and well trained to meet our every need. The location was very good, close to restaurants and within walking distance from all major attractions.
The hotel was better than expected, we only wish we could have stayed longer.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the extra service was very good.
the staff were indeed excellent and the facilities clean and modern. Meal Discount and a drink on the house.
the long shuttle drive from the airport with mosquitoes included on board.
We returned to Queens hotel twice, we liked it very much. The travel agent was excellent and the shuttle was amazing for the price. It exceeded our expectations.
Very fast reaction to change a not working safety box. Convinient transfer service from/to airport.
"With balcony" does not mean that you want/can use it: Many are extremely small and the view points directly on a very near wall.
Reception staff were very nice and professional. Facilities were very good and the hotel itself looked pleasing, in particular on the inside. The bed and the room were very comfortable.
The location was a bit far from most sights & sites in Paramaribo.
Good accommodation and service
Front desk was sometimes a little confusing
Perfect location in the city center. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very great and helpful.
lack of parkingspace and the current wifi system acces code.
The staff was great.
There were mites in the bed.
I loved thenexperience of stay in thah hotel. Onky tao nichts but the room was fantastic, the staff very friendly. I general inwould recommend it to every one
I liked Queens Hotel very much. I will be back!
Misleading! Jacuzzi hasn't been working for long, and is still on the description of the hotel.
- As always; location, location, location is the most important part of any establishment... Queens is right in the middle of all the action. - Nice hot shower and roomy bathroom - Comfy beds - Nice breakfast till 11AM
- 1st night our room's air conditioning was leaking heavily which flooded the floor so we moved the next day (we arrived late at night and the hotel was fully booked, so we had to stay in this room) - Day 2 our hotel room had two beds instead of one king size bed as advertised. Moving to a king size room was not possible as the hotel was fully booked - When we returned after a amazing jungle tour (Palumeu) our room was not ready upon 2nd check-in. We had to wait half an hour without being offered a drink or something. After a tiring trip this was really annoying. - TV sucks; just 5 channels almost no channels in English or Dutch. View was distorted too - Front desk employee was not very cooperative in helping us make reservations for the airport drop-off. We wanted to buy an upgrade from shuttle to taxi, but she did no help us out properly. After (almost) making a scene after all that went wrong I finally managed (by calling their logistic partner myself) to take care of it - No room-service or a bar - The hotel's atrium smells like smelly feet
Being charged for more nights than I stayed and being unable to have this resolved by hotel saff upto this time
Excelent staff very helpfull and cordial
