staff was very friendly, clean rooms, decent beds, (silent) fridge in room.

We were pleased wih a beautiful bouget of flowers on the birthday of my wife.

The first room was not ok; it missed several lights, the new one only one.

The hotel was clean, service was good, workers were friendly and the location very good. I iff I can would allways come again and will tell all my friends abouth the hotel. Thank you very much for making my stay in suriname a very good one. Yours trully Ms M Koeiman

Very good value. Excellent staff. Great service. Free airport transfers were very valuable. Because I arrived late the first day because of the flight being delayed and left early on the last day they knocked a whole day's payment off of my bill. You get a lot for the room rate including free breakfast, welcome drink and 10% off one meal. The rate is already low for the quality of the hotel.

The balcony could have been a little nicer.

Location is not that good. You have to walk minutes to reach downtown.

After a long flight and the need for some sleep, did not appreciate being woken up at 7am with an incessant brain-piercing drill just outside my window...reception staff appeared clueless and could have forewarned me about works and given a room on the other side. Generally, not good value for money.

The receptionist was very helpful and nice. She helped us with the airport shuttl to ensure we would be picked up at 3 in the morning. The room was clean, confortable.

Close to the nice president's palace, the location of Queen's is not that good considering you want to walk outside and discover the nice city of paramaribo. In this case you'll need to ask reception to call for a taxi.

It is @ a good location,the staff were friendly @all times.The room was very comfortable a home away from home,had value for my money.I enjoyed the breakfast.Whenever I am coming again I will be staying right at Queens Hotel & Casino.

My only disappointment is that the pool was not accessible because of the ongoing renovation.This was of great inconvenience to my friends & I after touring the city,we anticipated cooling down in the pool.

Situation geographique

Chambre donne sur un échafaudage, beaucoup de moustics, pas de piscine comme décris sur guide voyage

- Propreté (salle de bain et literie vraiment limite) - Accueil désagréable (mais cela dépend du personnel) - Attention aux promotions émises par cet hôtel qui ne sont, en fait, jamais applicables.

Le professionalisme d une jeune femme a l acceuil car ma carte bleue etait bloquee et etais tres ennuyee.

Proximité du centre ville

Chambre en théorie disponible à 14h, finalement obtenue à 17h. Un conseil, n'enlevez pas les taies d'oreiller...à vomir. Un cafard retrouvé dans les draps, des serviettes tâchées, un ménage plus qu'approximatif. Des moisissures sur le filtre du climatiseur d'où l'odeur de moisi dans la chambre. Du balcon, tellement sale, qu'on ne peut y mettre les pieds, vue imprenable sur un échafaudage recouvert d'une bâche à portée de main. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il faut vraiment avoir faim...

le confort, le déjeuner est très correct, le personnel aussi

il est assez loin à pied de la ville et des llieux de restauration, il n'y a aucune animation

hotel tranquille.il N Y A pas trop D activites A L hotel mais comme autour il Y A beaucoup de choses cela ne manque pas. de plus vous etes A 15 minutes de la ville A pieds.il Y A un texaco tout pres qui vend A manger 24 H sur 24. il Y A des petits bars.le casino est en reparation mais il Y A un autre juste en face.il Y A meme le coiffeur de tres bonne qualite.vraiment bien propre et spacieux.maintenant J Y retournerais regulierement.les employees de L accueil sont tres serviable

Ligging Airportservice

De verse eitjes 's morgens waren super en ook het beetje afwisseling in het buffet. Dagelijks verse handdoeken en mini-wasflesjes. We hebben ook kleren naar de droogkuis gedaan en de volgende dag 's middags hadden we ze al terug.

L'accueil, la serviabilité, l'adaptation car il semblerait que l'hôtel n'ait pas eu connaissance de notre réservation!! Mais on a eu une chambre sans problème
