El hotel en general esta muy bien, el personal excepcional estuve un dia de transito hacia otro vuelo, no se pudo utilizar la piscina ni las areas comunes por tener una fiesta de jovenes militares USA , desde las 8 de la mañana gran escandalo y musica en directo, imposible descansar, vamos un timo que te vendadn un hotel con piscina y jardines y que estos no se puedan disfrutar, al menos que avisen.

Excelente hotel si no necesita viajar a la ciudad ya que está a solo 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Está en un área totalmente despoblada, sin embargo el hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones y muy buena comida en el restaurante. Todo el personal es extremadamente amable, me llamó la atención que todos llaman al huésped por su nombre. Hotel frecuentado por tripulaciones y personal militar norteamericano basado en el aeropuerto. El WiFi tiene un costo aparte a pesar de que la tarifa indica que está incluído. Además con la clave se puede conectar solamente un dispositivo.

Facilities are good. Overpriced. The Booking details of this hotel are from a Travel Agent. So if you book a room you are not actually booking with the hotel but with an intermediary reselling the room. I was surprised that when I asked for an invoice for the room on checkout, the receptionist refused to give me one, alleging I had not booked the room with them but with a travel agent. She only gave me an invoice for the breakfast. So I now have a charge to my credit card from an unknown guy in El Salvador and no invoice to present for expense accounts to my company. Booking (and the Hotel Chain who owns the hotel) should look at this matter. What is a travel agent reselling the room? Apparently this room resale is well known and tolerated by the hotel administration. By the way, there are also two locations for this hotel listed in Google Maps. The correct one has "Real" in it. The other is fake... The phone number is also from the travel agent, not from the hotel reception..... I will not stay at this hotel again, needless to say.
