Although and old hotet it is in good condition and very nice throughout. The room was well appointed and modern and the bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was small. But the thing I really didn't like was that on a Sunday evening the two restaurants were closed and the only option was the bar and bar food. Come on Intercontinental you can do better than that.
The food not up to the hotel quality
From entering the beautiful lobby and being greeted by the front desk staff, to the helpful restaurant staff, delicious food and gorgeous, comfortable room, everything was excellent. While we waited briefly for a cab to take us to the airport at 6:00AM, one of the staff members took my husband to the early morning breakfast area to get a breakfast to go! Fantastic services and gorgeous hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you.
Staff were excellent. Customer service was outstanding.
You had to pay for wifi and I thought it was expensive.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
The hotel is quite old and gives the impression of being run down in the public areas. Rooms are modern, but bathrooms very small.
Excelent service and facilities.
My staying at this Hotel was a good experience. The staff was very nice, and well presentable. I have no complain about it. The location is very convenient is closed to the chopping center and restaurants, I really like it.
The only thing I did not like it is, that they charge for wifi.
The hot water. The beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable.
The wake up call was 10 minutes late, but it was fine in the end.
It is a very good standard 5stars hotel. Very good breakfast. But, most amazing staff. Their concierge was way above excellent, Fernando helped us with the transfers, waited for us, even saved the day when i left my passports in the hotel. The guy even recomended a good local place for us to try.
Did like the atencion . Great service , great people.
Took so long to fix the elevator. Walk 3 set of stairs w my lodge not cool
Comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. Excellent breakfast served by excellent, helpful & friendly staff. Concierge very helpful
Unfortunately, hotel let down by front desk staff. Not well trained giving inaccurate information & poor service. We actually had to prove that our booking included breakfast much to our embarrassment. They attempted to charge us extra on our laundry bill & for a drink we had not consumed. Our advice - check everything carefully especially when checking in & out
Nice staff very helpful Very central Airport shuttle is very convenient.
Old hotel. I was surprised that my reservation including breakfast was not the one finally obtained !!
Hans the Concierge tried to help me as much as possible.
Front desk service was horrible. As I checked the clerk made a point to "warn me" that this rate did not include taxes and breakfast (I had been quoted $142. they charged me $174.00 plus taxes)I was humiliated in front of my client who by the way had suggested I stay at the princess. The next morning the plugs did not work, therefore the dryer, iron and my charger. I had to be moved to a different floor, just a total chaos. This location has no auto rental desk, which is extremely inconvenient. I was charged for breakfast when in fact I had not had breakfast there. When I asked them to show my signature on the bill. they back down. The $174 rate plus taxes does not included Wi-Fi which they charge by the hour, water is $6.50 a bottle. All in all, a total mess. I would recommend that you stay in another hotel. The service is poor, the front door has no one standing there to help you with your bags.
