Is a beatutifull place

Food

infrastructure is fairly comfortable, rooms are large but could be improved

requested a ground level room and of course got a fourth level one, which is kind of hard

We enjoyed everything. We had an amazing time with our family. Very relaxing, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The food was great, especially the variety of food to choose from. We enjoyed being able to choose the different a la carte restaurants to enjoy at dinner. We also enjoyed the kayaking, and the different variety of tours offered. We truly had an amzing experience.

Not much to complain about but the only 2 things we would have changed is to have a laundry room and wi-fi in each room.

Huge resort with all possible services. Beautifullly maintained lawns and gardens. Biggest swimming pool(s) we have ever seen. Large, comfortable rooms. This is an all-inclusive resort with free meal and drink services

Beach rocky and not swimmable on low tide, only small stretch of sandy beach swimmable on high tide. The resort is isolated from the rest of country and transport cost is high

food was average. Rooms average. Food and Beverage service was good. Drinks were good and plentiful. Facilities are well maintained and attractive.

Way too regimented. Hated to have to wear bracelets the whole stay even while showering and sleeping. Beach was awful, rocky, un-swimable. Extremely noisy. Crowded at times. Reception inflexible to accommodate wishes. Activities very disorganized. Hard to get reservations in the a-la-carte restaurants and food only average.

the cabanas and closeness to ocean pools shows

we had 6 traveling with us 3 ordered the same food at the fusion resturant and all got sick for 3 days. we had the sea food combo in white wine sauce.

the installations were fairly cleaned, the staff super friendly and there is a lot space to walk around. It has bikes and kayaks the sunsets are beautiful. Lots of swimming pools.

the food tastes like cafeteria food, the showers don't drain well.. The owner should provide the people that clean the beach with better equipment. They have to do everything with their hands. A sand sifter would be a great inversion for them.

I only liked rooms.

Definetly not a 5 star but a 3 star resort. The resort requires better handling of check in, amenities, restaurant appointment, spa appointment and more food choices. Staff needs to be more attentive to the needs of its clients. Pools need to have gradual steps for children and adults. The pool water needs to be cooled.

There was a nice ocean view from the room, nice landscaping and large swimming pools.

I think, the worst part was the check in. They make you make a huge line outside the lobby, in the heat, just to give you the room's key, a token for a towel and a stupid bracelet to identify yourself as a guest that you have to wear 24/7!!! Another thing was the food, all restaurants inside the hotel had an specific schedule if you miss it, you're screwed. The first date, we didn't have lunch hoping to have a nice meal at the hotel; that was a bad idea. After the whole check in process, that took forever, we decided to look for snacks and everything was closed! There is a gap between 5 and 6:30 pm when nothing is open except the bar. Plus, the food court was ok but it doesn't have that many options to be called a buffet. And all "a la carte" restaurants were always booked up, later on we discovered that all the reservations for those restaurants were saved for those who were willing to watch a 45 mins video. They want you to watch this video to sell a ridiculous $1,500 - $12,000 annual membership that doesn't give you any benefit at all for any of the chain hotels in America, don't buy that!!! Another thing, the a/c unit wasn't working properly and I couldn't sleep due the high temperature in the room. And remember bring bugs repellent cause you'll need it.

I did not like like because I anm use to all inclusive. I had to pay extra for a fridge, keys to safe and coffee maker in my roon. I good coffe the 1st night but not the second nigth. I would never stay there again and I would not recomended.

Que uno se puede registrar hasta después de las 3 pm y lo dejan esperando afuera

Todo la atencion las instalaciones la comida la diversion la limpieza todo estuvo estupendamente bien.

mmmmm talves q en la disco no habia muchas mesas un tanto en mal estado yyyy lo q si no m gusto q la misssma musica q pusieron la noche anterior fue la misma la otra noche...... Como recomendacion pedir al publico q llegue y complacerlo con la musica....

La comida y el staff de entretenimiento muy bueno.

Que falta cctv para evitar robos en el área de piscinas.

Cuidado del medio ambiente, tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora, con respecto a la conservación del medio ambiente.

Muy buen servicio, deben mejorar procesos check in y check out, a veces es muy lento

Las picinas, jardines y habitaciones bastante bonitas.

No dejan nadar de noche, el servicio de comidas no es de lo mejor, incluso si uno llega un poco tarde ya no hay variedad. En temporada baja convien ir por las ofertas, en temporada alta no vale la pena pagar tanto.

ONLY A 3 STAR -The staff, is not the friendliest no the most helpful. -The rooms were basic. -The food was terrible, all very cheaply made, juices were way watered down along with drinks There is lots of quantity but no quality. They have very much gest but very bed service for them!! you mast wait OUTSIDE the resort until 3 p.m.At 3 p.m. everybody drives into the resort area and is herded to a conference room for a mass check-in. You are handed a number and told to wait for your number. By the time you get to your room daylight is almost over. WE WOULD NEVER GO BACK . WE DON`T GET WHAT WE PAY FOR.(I am my husband and 2 children 3 night for 760$)Than we come to hotell vi paied 550 $ after two night they said vi have to pay 210$ more.) The staff improve on the quality of service, this facility will loose clientele.I would not recommend staying there . Go at your own risk!

Exelente servicio. Personal muy amigable y respetuoso.

Al llegar al hotel hacen falta senales que indiquen donde esta el hotel. Y esto lo digo como Salvadoreno.poque creo que mucha gente del extrangero quiere conocer este lugar. Deberian de tener avisos aunque sea unas 3 millas antes de llegar. Por lo demas yo creo que ya estando ahi todo es exelente.

Las instalaciones del hotel, en cuanto a los jardines y piscinas muy bien, el servicio de bicicletas igual muy bien; de igual manera los animadores muy guapos.

La comida del almuerzo y cena con muy mala calidad, todo sin sabor, los desayunos muy buenos,

Es el sitio ideal para descansar en familia, tiene muy buenas instalaciones, buenos restaurantes, piscinas muy buenas. La pasamos super bien.

I like that it competes with other All-Inclusive chain hotels. Several years ago there was no such type of hotel in El Salvador.

The restaurant did not have on the menu French Fries and/or ketchup for the kids.
