Hotel Tortuga Village Costa del Sol  

The Bungalows are very nice, comfortable and the design around the pool makes it like a little community.

Did not have a way to communicate with staff directly, without having to come out of the Bungalow and look for a staff. Need direct connection to hotel and restaurant staffs.

We absolutely loved Tortuga Village. We were delighted with the beauty of this beach. The Pacific Ocean is grandeur and we were right on the water. Most importantly, we were delighted with the experience and the work Tortuga Village and it's staff is doing in conserving and educating folks on the importance of protecting the sea turtles. We had never before had the honor of freeing these beautiful creatures into the ocean and we absolutely loved it!!!! We surely recommend this resort with its uniqueness and important work it is doing each and every day for wildlife and our Mother Earth.

The hotel itself is lovely. It is very clean and the views and tranquility it offers is one of a kind. It is very safe and inviting. The bungalows are spectacular. The staff is delightful , very polite and very attentive. The only complaint we have was that it was a bit unorganized. Apparently there was a double booking that affected us directly and we were not told previously. They insisted on various occasions on moving us to either someone's home nearby or later to another bungalow which we expressly declined "several" times! This was a bit disturbing. Service was also a bit slow. Otherwise, it was a remarkable experience! The Bonilla Family.

<i would say is an auto hotel. <it was hard finding some help around.
