The breakfast was extremely overpriced.
Carey, Don, Armino, Donna and the rest of the beach crew really made our stay amazing. We enjoyed laying out on the beach all day with this friendly group of people!

Staff not as attentive as they could be. Things were not clear as to how they operated. Beach pass, etc. Bugs in room were not enjoyable.
The location next to Phillipsburg and the beach and snorkeling were excellent.

Being in sales, I don't need to be badgered about the timeshares. 3 phones calls and messages, in addition to constant questions at every walk was too much. We have other timeshares and if we were interested, we would've been happy to let you know.
The scenery was beautiful. Blake was very helpful!! Bartenders are attentive and entertaining.

Many of the staff were barely helpful. We arrived and were allocated a room that was not as requested. We then had to ring and get a room with two beds as arranged.

Staff tried to bump us from booked accommodation to 'upgrade' which was their self-catering apartments and not beachfront suites as confirmed. No resident manager on site (or not prepared to show). Took 5 hours from arrival to get accommodation as booked.

Wifi was down for most of the time. Phone service was unavailable with Verizon cell phones. Texting was unavailable.
Excellent location and enjoyed various resort amenities such as water sports availability and restaurants. The resort also offered tours of the island and a bus ride to the Mardi Gras parade in Grand Case on the French side, which is a must do. Friendly staff.

one day before getting on a cruise ship was perfect. Close to town and the docks, but a beautiful quiet beach and really nice room.

We were in a beach front room with a small porch, which had a table and two chairs. The room was small with two double beds and a nice size bathroom. The amenities in room were standard and sparse. A/C was noisy. Just a basic room.
Property is close to cruise port and in a beautiful location. We walked entire property and the views and grounds are very nice. The Restaurant and Bar on water had amazing views of the bay an sunset was breathtaking. Mostly all of the staff were accommodating and nice.

We had disability issues and whilst it was rectified after the first night, the attitude of the manager and his staff was that we were at fault despite them acknowledging our request in an email 8 months earlier. Not good customer relations.

I booked this accommodation online for one price (Euro 982) and was charged a higher rate (Euro 1249.98) by the organisation. It took more than hour of my insistance that I should not be charged extra (euro251.98) before the staff were able to rectify this problem and allow us to enter our room with a promise to refund me the excesive charge. The staff felt that I should simply sign agreeing to their terms before we could be provided a room. All this after more than 15 hrs of travelling. This would not be our first choice next time we visit St Maarten.

Security guards at hotel entrance are effective but need to communicate better. No clear signs as to where check-in is located. There are postings to follow but they need to be more accurate. This is a bigger issue when arriving late evening. Roadways in the hotel need maintenance. When making my reservation online, I requested a king size bed but initially was placed in a room with double beds. I called the front desk and a few minutes later they were able to accommodate. The rooms need maintenance(painting, touch-ups, minor carpentry work). The bathroom faucet provided a trickle of water. Bedding looked to have been made in a rush.
The location and view was excellent. Multiple activities such as jet skies, diving and games involving the family. Distance to shopping and restaurant district.

The wi-fi was broken throughout the property and had been broken for days. The towels are controlled by a towel card system, one towel per guest. The pool and its restaurant were under control. The staff is constantly hawking time shares. Many of the guests complained of broken A/C and other amenities. Our room had a mediocre view with one tiny window that was up high.
It's a great location and a nice beach. The princess of the Netherlands was staying there in her own private suite.

Low quality of maintenance. Screen doors (against mosquitoes, essential here) broken, so to have balcony door open not an option. Equally unfixed repairs in the room and bathroom. Mystery charges on final bill. It was deducted, but should never have been able to appear in first place. Expensive breakfast, with hidden add ons for service (at a buffet!)
