    The Staff

    No towels, no decaf coffee for 2 days, no snorkeling gear, no pool towels,no after dinner drinks..on and on

    Staff's indifference. Outdated look of hotel. Didn't have a beach towel for the first half of my stay, 5 days... I complained at the front desk and their answer was; well that happens, there's a lot of guests and the towels are in the wash.

    The cleanliness and variety of the property and hotel facilities, the location of the property.

    The check-in process took almost two hours. At the first attempt, 10 minutes before the standard check-in time of 3 p.m. we were told that the requested room on a higher floor (for plane spotting) was being cleaned and we should return in an hour after lunch. When we did, a trainee receptionist told us that we could not have the promised room because the guests "just left" and "somebody lied to you about the cleaning". We ended up on a 4th floor room (in a 10-storey building) with just a glimpse of the landing planes, but definitely a very good view of the loud pool area. Very sadly, the staff, aware of the all-inclusive-thus-no-tip-for-me concept, cannot be less enthusiastic about what they do.

    the bathroom was in a very bad state the price of the room was way to high compared to what it was and they did not advertise all the additional charges that fell on later (surcharges, tax etc.)

    Fantastic resort with the perfect location if you have come to see the famous Maho beach..

    Excellent location for our purposes... for the most part staff were friendly and helpful... great value for money.

    It is an older property and it is beginning to show, particularly in the rooms.. could use some up-grading.

    We booked a room because our flight was cancelled and when I called to confirm our booking number the staff said the manager had gone home so he couldn't give us the room. He couldn't look it up on the computer so we had to find a last minute room elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

    Almost all the staff is unfriendly, the garden view rooms are very noisy until night due to the music that comes from bars an restaurants.

    Waiting 35 minutes to check in. Noisy room. Terrible buffet food and service. Walking through rain to restaurants. Freezing room with faulty aircon Price for such a dump

    the food and drinks were excellent!!

    We arrived and were greeted rudely and then our luggage took forever to get to the room. My husband gave Ray a $20 and said to take our luggage up and please fill the ice bucket. that didnt happen. We were also told we could get food up until 5:30 since we had been traveling all day but the buffet was taken done due to a private party. The next day upon checkout no one ever answered the phone for bellman or front desk etc/ We took our own luggage down and loaded. No one to be seen to help. The staff wasnt very well trained and no one seemed to be in charge. There was a long line at the desk when we were checking in. Ugh. Pretty unpleasant.

    Helpful staff and great location close to the airport for early flights.

    Run down rooms on the 9th floor. Rust and Stains and bugs everywhere. The Pub upstairs that gave dinner has a very limited menu.

    Location is nice

    The hotel is very dated and needs remodeling. The staff can be friendly but also unfriendly and slow. Not enough seating in the lobby area.

    It was perfect for my stay. Well situated, lovely room, friendly helpful staff, good facilities. The food was excellent!

    I was a bit suspicious when booking this hotel seeing the negative notes but I has been pleasently surprised. It is a nice resort on the seaside with a fantastic view on the planes landing and taking off from SXM. The meals were decent.

    The limited choice of non alcoholic beverages respect to the alcoholic ones. And the fact that the Internet was not free, except in the lobby.

    Loved my ocean view. The beach and pool were excellent

    Food was not so good really only two restarants and the sit down wastaken over by a bog group a two hour wait not good

    I loved that it was so close to the airport. It has a nice big pool and the all inclusive part is a plus because you don't have to go out to restaurants and pay more money!

    I didn't find it overly clean and the hotel room didn't have many toiletries available for us (no conditioner or body lotion) but maybe I was supposed to ask a staff member. The quality of food was not the best, in my opinion.

    Location to casino.

    Upon check in since my dates changed due to air flight. They did t update the arrival changes even though had confirmation change. May have had food poisoning. Ate mussels and about 4 hrs later was sick the worst I have ever been.
