loved the location, the pool and lobby, casino and bar areas were great! Buffet was great

very overpriced for the room that we got. The room advertises a safe and stocked mini bar - none - the safe was a box with no lock, the patio door had a flip lock, the bathroom had brown water and the pink appliances from the 50's. The rooms need a MAJOR renovation and overhaul. No service in regarding directions to room - map is needed, our room keys didn't work ever. perhaps this is just our section? Wouldn't recommend this area - the rest of the hotel looks great!

The hotel is situated less than 300 m from the end of the airport Juliana. With about 70 flights per day, the noise is unbearable (more than 85db). Quality of air is horrible, you permanently breath exhausts from planes. Rooms are old with cracks everywhere. Food is terrible, only junk food: oil fried fish, burgers... Staff is friendly but inefficient... Avoid this place at any cost!

Arrived 1 hour before check-in told us room wasn't ready, but gave confirm no. Came back in 1 1/2 hours stood in line again for another 30mins. Room still wasn't ready, but gave us a different room. Room was cooled with a watertype cooler and smelled musty. A hotel from the '60s but expensive.

Dead flies in bathroom. Toilet didn't work. Difficult finding room,no map, floors very slippery from sand on the tiles. Very expensive for '60s type hotel.

Very pricey, did not receive any information regarding other restaurants on resort, lobby was very smokey(cigar and cigarette) , not very child friendly after certain hours in the pool due to swim up bar location, very slippery around the poolside.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was af en toe ver te zoeken. niet altijd even behulpzaam. Personeel vab de receptie was zelfs slecht

Areas comuns e de lazer do hotel são realmente muito boas.

Péssima a qualidade dos equipamentos do quarto e seu banheiro. Mau cheiro. Sujo. Ar condicionado insuficiente e com muito barulho. Leve tapa ouvidos. Móveis velhos.

Está bien ubicado, la zona de Maho ofrece alternativas fuera del hotel y a distancias que se pueden recorrer a pie. Tiendas, bares, disco, night club, supermercado. Tiene 2 piscinas y dos playas cercanas.

No vale la pena tomar el "All Inclusive". La comida es monotona y repetitiva todos los días. Conoces el bufé de un día y los conoces todos. Somos una pareja de 42 y 44 años y buscabamos otras parejas similares para hacer amistad y grupo, la verdad lo que vimos fue mucha gente mayor y jubilados.

De locatie is erg goed. Prijs best weg hoog voor wat je krijgt.

Péssimo atendimento na recepção. Chegamos antes do horario de entrada e como é usual fizemos o checkin e saimos para aguardar a liberação dos apartamentos, já designados com o gerente - Sr. King. Ao retornarmos fomos atendidos pelo Sr. Nicoy - extremamente mal educado e arrogante que não achava reservas, tentou mudar apartamentos para pior nos forçando até a chamar a gerencia para resolver. é incompreensivel um hotel do nivel do Sonesta ter um atendimento tão ruim como o do Sr. Nicoy

O hotel possui uma localização a beira mar com um visual excelente dos pousos das aeronaves e para uma baia de águas cristalinas e ótima para banho, a comida do hotel e de ótima qualidade e variedade. Os quartos de frente para o mar possuem um visual fantástico.

lamentablemente la playa del hotel no cumplio con mis espectativas ya que se encuentra practicamente sobre el aeropuerto y para mi gusto faltaria mas personal de habla hispana

1. Especialmente da gentileza de todos os funcionários. 2. Possuir em seu complexo cassino, restaurantes e lojas. 3. Ser próximo das principais ruas de ambos os lados, francês e holandês.

1. Os colchões estão velhíssimos e causam dores nas costas. 2. Muitas taxas e impostos não indicados quando da reserva e que aumentam o preço da diária consideravelmente.

Très très déçu!!! Pas propre. Pas attribuer la chambre qui devait être réservée. Pas d'effort pour parler Français. Trop cher pour aucun service.
