The Royal Turtle Inn  

Horrible!!! No water, no towels, no phone in rooms. No wifi in rooms and as a matter of fact none that even worked. It was the worst hotel I ev er stayed in. Everyone left the premises at night so if you needed anything like water to brush your teeth or take a shower know one could help you. Do not stay here.

I LOVE the location of this hotel - literally just a minute or two from the airport! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast that came w/the room was wonderful. We would certainly stay here again.

There should be a reception area to check in at,when checking in at night staff greater should wear hotel name tag,to notify customer they are hotel Staff

Arrived late evening. And given keys to room, TV never worked, no internet when I complained it must be your problem however two days later they said I was on the wrong router and the password is!. 1st day there the hotellosed, no breakfast just 2 dry croissants no jam or butter etc and some mud like coffee. Shower useless. A quaint place with some good staff, but lacking leadership and attention to detail.

Beautiful setting. Needs either alarm clocks or phones for a wake up call. Nice staff. Clean refreshing pool. Rooms need some tlc. Could be a really great place with some help.

LOCATION

We enjoyed breakfast, which was part of the offer. We also like the staff at Turtle Key and the wild life that the owner keeps.

The Inn was recommended by our son. The staff was most accommodating. They stored our luggage for a few hours then let us in early. The waterfront restaurant was very relaxing and the breakfast was great. We only spent one night but we used all the facilities and would recommend the Royal Turtle to anyone. The pool was a definite bonus. A great location just a $4 cab ride from the airport. We were a little apprehensive at first but were very pleasantly surprised.

The street side of the Inn needs some upgrade to attract more guests. The wildlife section needs some cleanup. The rooms were clean and everything worked but they were a little tired.

I thought thelocationwas perfect because I needed a night on island to catch a plane in the morning. The accommodations were okay, the room was nicely furnished in a bohemian way.

Ce guest-house est bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport de Juliana, soit pour les départs vers les Etats-Unis

Malheureusement les propriétaires n'en prennent pas soin, et il est en totale décrépitude. Les chambres devraient être refaites et gagneraient à être plus lumineuses. Le petit-déjeuner offert est servi par un personnel à peine aimable. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y séjourne, car la première était super. La deuxième a été à la limite du supportable même si les propriétaires sont charmants.

No comment, il personale non era mai in ufficio, per qualsiasi problema dovevamo gestirci da soli, la posizione, vicina all'aereoporto è comoda per una notte o due al massimo ma non per una vacanza. Hotel lasciato un pò andare a se stesso.

Proximité avec l'aéroport Juliana ( moins de 2 km ), car nous devions prendre un avion pour Miami le lendemain a 6h00 du matin. De plus l'hôtel se situe au sortir de l'artere ou se trouvent de nombreux restaurants dans la partie hollandaise. La chambre est grande, de même que la salle de bain. L'hôtel est sympa, c'est un petit immeuble qui ressemble a une résidence privée. Ne vous fiez pas a la première impression quand vous arrivez dans le parking, passer la réception vous ne serez pas déçues. L'hôtel dispose de son propre restaurant les pieds dans l'eau. Il y a du cafe a disposition dans la chambre.

J'ai apprécié la proximité de l'hôtel avec l'aéroport de Juliana.Il se situe à environ 1km ce qui permet de faire l'économie du transport lorsque l'on arrive la nuit.

Cet hôtel malgré son charme local manque d'entretien,il y a de la moisissure au plafond et le filtre du climatiseur semble ne pas avoir été changé depuis longtemps.Nous nous sommes réveillé avec une sensation étrange dans les narines.Le mobilier à l'air ancien et la chambre que nous avons eu ne comportait pas de serviettes propre,ni de connexion internet malgré la notification dans le libellé de l'annonce. Cela reste quand même un petit hôtel d'appoint si on doit y passer 1 nuit en vue d'un départ tôt le lendemain pour une autre destination au départ de l'aéroport de Juliana.

Om Du inte vet vad detta ar eller innebar - ja da kan du valja nagon annan hotel som ar battre for strand semester. Hotellet ar bra val med gang avstand till flygplatsen, och biluthyrnings firmorna. Och gang avstand till Maho beach. Och mycket billigare an lyx & casino hotellen vid Maho beach. Men som sagt, lite slitet och gammalmodigt. Men bra kavlitet for priset !

Hotellet ar gammal men renoverad. Har restaurang med bra mat och sjo utsikt, rummen har sjo utsikt, har even en brygga for sag 10-15 meters batar ... men ingen strand. Flygplatsens start bana ligger nastan bredvid, vilket kan medfora storning. Ingen flygtrafik sent pa kvallen eller tidig morgon dock. Vill du till Philipsburg och straden dar, battre boka hote dar. Men bus finns forstas och gar hela tiden !

Es un hotel bonito, pequeño, lejos de la bulla, a 3 cuadras del aeropuerto Princess Juliana, con aire acondicionado. Al lado tiene un Rental Car, de facil acceso, viene con el desayuno incluido. Su ubicacion es bastante central, no queda en ninguna de las 2 ciudades principales, pero puedes encontrar transporte fácilmente y desplazarse a donde quiera por 2usd. En general, es un buen lugar para quedarse, y descansar!!!

1 september gaat dit hotel dicht en na wat geklaag van mijn kant bij het afrekenen vond de eigenaar blijkbaar niet mee nodig om kapotte dingen te repareren. Douchen met de kop in je hand veel muggen in de kamer en een televisie waar niet naar te kijken is. Elke euro om hier te slapen is er 1 teveel. Een donker stink hok.

Si..,es un hostal,que nunca hay nadie,quiero decir ..que si necesitas algo te moris,pq no encontras a ninguna persona que te pueda ayudar

Su única ventaja es la cercanía con el aeropuerto y los lugares de alquiler de auto. Se puede llegar caminando en pocos minutos. Ése fue el motivo de nuestra elección ya que sólo pasaríamos una noche y no queríamos alquilar auto o usar taxi. El desayuno es bueno y variado.

La habitación es pequeña, no tiene un "front desk" que funcione (se trata de una oficina que funciona de 9 a 5 de la tarde. Si llegas despues de esa hora, te tienes que registrar en el restaurante. El personal del mismo es amable pero no sustituye a una verdadera recepción. El costo es exhorbitante para lo que ofrecen.
