Near airport for 1 night transit acommodations.
Bathroom not very clean. Hotel run down.
Room was comfortable but price was too much for it.
Location on Simpson Bay Strip. Cleaner than most down-market lodgings.
Room 108 was a dump!. Sliding door and screen are unlocked, non-working, corroded in place, so wont open.... I asked for a room on upper floor, which was "not available" but hotel was definitely not full. And my room was immediately 20 feet (!) from the McDonalds 24 hour drive through.
It was close to amenities
Only had one bed made on last night but wasn't a big deal
Rooms in front of building have lots of noisy traffic. The place is old and the wood on our door frame was cracked so the additional lock wasn't usable. The glass tiles put over one of the windows were painted white and most were cracked. Furniture was old and in need of refreshing.
Damaged bathroom walls etc.
Nice and clean rooms, beautiful view, all the life of Simpson Bay just a footstep away. Friendly and helpful staff!
There was an air conditioning exhaust fan blowing hot air through the windows into the room we were staying in sometimes. Needed to close the windows then.
Great location. Comfortable bed. TV with a good range of channels. Microwave in the room.
The bathroom needs a complete renovation. 119 USD for one night is shocking! The carpets in the elevator and the hallways were seriously disgusting.
Clean, spacious room. Quiet. Nothing special, just a comfortable place to spend a few days. Very fast internet.
Convenient WiFi restaurant Lebanese attached
Prior very noises music 4:00 am live band not every night brutal on front of building
The location of this hotel was perfect, with restaurants and bars in the area made the stay more pleasant.
Air conditioning was pathetic, room was run down, not dirty, just old and beaten up. View off the deck was of two old RVS, a dumpster, garbage, and a broken down car with a flat tire. Stay were indifferent, plumbing was exposed in the bathroom. Drunks in the restaurant on the first floor, $2 for a cup of weak cold coffee with no free refill. Would sleep on the street before wasting my money here. Thank God we only booked one night.
Air conditioning, reasonably large room, reasonable price by island standards, multiple local supermarkets and other shops, was generally clean and is possible to walk to the beech the planes land over within 30 to 60 minutes depending on how fast you go and which side of the airport you walk down.
The map is wrong - this hotel isn't a short walk from the airport terminal, it's a several mile walk away on the far side of the runway. Poor TV reception, no window in the bathroom, the shower head broke off, the fan sounded like a jet engine, balcony door wouldn't open, local nightclubs make noise until about midnight, air conditioner blows directly at the bed.
Hot water only dribbled out of wash basin. No basin plug. No tea or coffee etc. in room. Very drab and tired interior. Reception not friendly and welcoming. Towels etc. although clean were supposed to be white but grey with age.
There was staff on site all the time. They happily stored my luggage for a couple hours 'til time for cab to airport. Small frig & microwave, although I only used the frig. Walking distance to shops, restaurants galore.
No hot water for my 9am Saturday shower.
Clean sheets and floor
outdoor deck non-existent - false advertising no coffee pot or coffee no phone book or literture air conditioner blows across surface of bed - either warm without or chilly with
Staff very friendly and VERY helpful. Plenty of towels.
No extras i.e. no refrigerator, no conditioner for your hair, all AC was off in room and when we turned it on it took a while to cool the room. Doing some construction in hotel.
Close to airport and beautiful beaches and good value
Hotel could use upgrades
The price was right and its location is great. Close to the airport, numerous restaurants nearby and all seem to be inexpensive.
The attitude. The front desk staff with whom we had to deal; young ladies on different days seem to have a problem talking to customers. As a matter of fact, one didn't even respond to my saying good morning. She was still figuring out how to answer my question when the manager came and took care of us.
Close to the airport and beautiful beaches
basic accommodations - no frills
Location; Price, Stalf
Appearance - Inside/outside Needs upgrading
Location close to the airport, restaurants and services. Cleanliness was good.
Staff did not smile. Facilities need upgrades, specifically the tv, bed and shower.
No internet service in the room. Had to go in the lobby downstairs
Ease of check in.
Strikness of check out time.
Nothing. Horrible hotel
