Travel Inn Hotel Simpson Bay

Bed was big and comfy. Location is great for the airport, only 5 mins away by taxi. There are a few places to eat very close by. We got a free late checkout.

Shower was broken, hot water was leaking from the tap and not from the shower nozzle. Toilet was free flowing so we constantly had to shut off the water tap. The safe also didn't work. Overall, it felt outdated and dingy.

I only stayed one night on my way to St. Kitts. Adequate for what I needed

Older hotel -no views

Access to restaurant. Friendliness of staff. Access to airport. It was okay for one night since we arrived late, after 10pm. One night stay before embarking on Windjammer Cruise.

Worn towels/tattered bed spreads. Very old! Inability to open balcony door even inches since locked for safety issues. Stained bedspreads. Cost not comparable to the room. Thought too high for room given age and condition.

The location is excellent for doing business.

The Simpsonbay mainroad is always busy and you cannot get to town easy. You are always in a long line before you reach the roundabout in Colebay.

Ok for a nights stay between flights. Handy to local shops and airport.

Needs an upgrade big time..

The staff were well meaning and friendly.

The building was old so the air was not fresh. It was sanitary with nice sheets. Not my style of hotel.

If you stay Friday and Saturday night, maybee better to ask a room to the back. The music of the surounding bars can be really loud.

I had a bad feeling about staying here because all the reviews are bad, but it is a good hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. Of course there is noise, if you want to stay in the center you will not be staying in a 100% silent place. I slept really well. It is located really well, in the middle of Philipsburg and Maho and Mullet Bay. Perfect stay!

very centreal, next door to all the bars and restaurants, supermarket and close to the beach as well. very friendly and helpful staff. free Wifi. Nice room with fridge

It was inexpensive, clean, and close to the beaches.

I would like better lighting for reading.

Got no sleep very loud music until 5am. Do not recommend.

Not good access to the beach. No beach.

Very convenient for my business trip and inexpesnive.

Internet service could have been better although I was generally able to pick up the restaurant downstairs as a guest.

Close to airport

Front desk refused to sign a statement that I did not require the room for a second night which was made under a separate reservation by mistake. Not that I was even asking them to cancel the reservation but to just acknowledge that I would not be staying the second night. The poor front desk guy was too afraid of his boss and new he could not cancel reservations from Bookings.com so he would sign anything!!!!

hotel le moins cher que nous avons trouvé près de l'aéroport juliana. hotel étape correct sans plus. chambre très grande mais vieillote. bien équipée (grand frigo, table, chaises, micro-ondes, évier, canapé, fauteuils)

comment dire...ne tenez pas compte de l'attitude du personnel à l'accueil, il ne représente pas les travailleurs de saint martin. contentez vous de payer, récupérer les clefs et dormir.

Lage des Hotels. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für Hotelgäste.

De lokatie dichtbij de jachthavens in Simpson Bay Lagoon en enkele minutenlopen van het prachtige strand van Simpson Bay. Mooie ruime kamers.

Lawaai van de nachtclubs als je slaapt aan de straatzijde. De achterkant is ok.

Estuvimos en 3 Hoteles en St Maarten y realmente el mejor colchón fue en este Hotel y esto es muy importante para sentirse descansado al día siguiente.

No tenian agua caliente en la ducha. Tuvimos que bajar a la recepción luego de estar dentro de la ducha para notificarles que no había agua caliente; enseguida subieron y abrieron las llaves las cuales NO SABEMOS PORQUE MOTIVO LAS MANTIENEN TRANCADAS, lo cual resultó bastante incomodo.

Proche de l'aéroport et pour se poser juste une nuit c'est parfait, mais n'en demandez pas plus. Pas de petit-déjeuner, hotel vraiment de passage avec parking sans aucun autre atout.

propreté douteuse, draps froissés à se demander si quelqu'un n'avait pas déja dormi dedans

Je mag geen gebruik maken van een douche als je geen kamer meer hebt en laat vliegt, kost € 50,- extra. Geen vriendelijk personeel. Kamer stonk en interieur was erg verouderd.
