Good location close to beach fairly quiet no loud nightime activities friendly accomodating staff

Entered room and killed 30+ mosquitos,returned to find and kill another 30+ mosquitos,we could not sleep at night due to persistent issues with more mosquits,no room change available,horrible experience I would not not return to ports of call we rented a villa in provo for 9 days prior with out any issues with mosquitos I have lived (not vacationed) on many other north atlantic islands and understand that dealing with mosquit can be part of life but not during the dry season and not at the room price they charged very tired and disenchanted with the experience would not return to this establishment nor recommend it!!! We stayed in room 105 on 3/23/13 and do not want this review to be anonymous and would like to be contacted by management

Front office staff was welcoming, check in was easy. Our room was clean, larger than expected, with a mini fridge. Pool and hot tub were great, but the beach was amazing - just a short walk. We did so many amazing things while on vacation - snorkelling, kayaking, whale watching (Salt Cay) - and some shopping. Great restaurants a short walk away and I always felt safe. Bella Luna was particularly lovely.

Great value for the money. Only a block from their own section of the beach, and they also have a tram to run folks who prefer not to walk that far. Most convenient hotel to the restaurants and shops of town. One block from an excellent (and the only) grocery store/deli/carry out/liquor store in town, and the hotel allows guests to bring their own food and drinks to the tables around the pool, That's a plus because many of the local restaurants are pricey, so you can also save even more money that way.

Hard to complain about anything in light of the many plusses. There was a very gregarious bunch of guests when we were there, and they could use a bigger hot tub because there wasn't enough room for all of us. The breakfast buffet choices weren't expansive, but there are several restaurants steps from the front door.

Rooms are very clean and well appointed.

Continental breakfast was too sparse.

Grace Bay is the nicest beach ever seen. Restaurants are accessible to the non residents of the luxury resorts. That is absolutely a must. Anyway, people are friendly and peaceful. We discovered the hotel Ports of Call thanks to Booking.com and thanks to the comments of an english man called Karl who said everything that has to be said. Except he is much faster than me when walking :-) Thanks anyway!

There is a sad contrast between the luxury and the reality. After arriving at Providentiales, if you drive at night directly from the plane to your beach resort at Grace Bay and stay there during the whole holidays, you'll know nothing about extreme poverty and desolation of Provo. North and middle island are wild and beautiful.

The price was very reasonable compared to most other hotels on the island. The compromise was that it is set back from the beach and so no beach view. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach but the walk is about 5 mins so not an issue. It is also next to a supermarket with lots of healthy options. The room was of good size and the beds were very comfortable. Nearby are a few shops and restaurants so we were very pleased with our choice.

It didn't have public showers. Something we needed since we had a late flight.

It was perfectly located, it is a 5 mins walk to one of the best beaches of the island and the rooms were big and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Also the hotel is located close to everything, there was a gourmet supermarket just 5 mins walk as well and a mini shopping mall where you could rent a bike or schedule a diving tour or have breakfast and lunch. Close to a Patties Place where they sold the best ice cream in town. It's a great value for money because the rest of the hotels in the area are so expensive and then you would be clustered in a resort, whereas at Ports of Call you are in the city and at the beach and you can live the local life.

Of course the breakfast! They know then can improve it, but again, the price is great and you can go to the supermarket or have breakfast at a super nice place 2 mins walk that had really good traditional breakfast at a reasonable price.

Friendliness of the staff and also how well kept the grounds were.

Breakfast was a little lacking in variety. A waffle maker, scrambled eggs and bacon and sausage,and a bigger fruit variety is very much need.

Location, the people at the resort was very helpful and always smiling. Good size rooms even if very basic. Clean to make you fill you're home. Very quiet and relaxing around the pool. Very convenient to have a shuttle to carry guests from the resort to the beach.

Please work on the breakfast. Is very basic and repetitive.

Fantastic location, a 3 minute walk from Grace Bay beach and without the beach-side prices. At the lower end of the price scale yet a lovely hotel having been recently refurbished. I think you would struggle to find better value for money on Providenciales and it's a 3 minute walk to the local supermarket too. Staff were also very helpful.

baren stenger før kl 21...ikke noe kveldstilbud. Rommet kostet 200,- dollar pr natt, men så kommer det ett tillegg på 50 dollar pr natt i skatter og avgifter på stedet; det betyr at prisen er 250 am dollar pr døgn.

Geeft een intieme indruk, met het zwembad in het midden. Prima opzet.

Ontbijt op plastic bordjes is echt the limit voor mij. Zo armoedig. En drankjes super duur aan de bar. Waarom ? Iedereen haalde drank en snacks van de supermarkt.

Passamos dias muito agradáveis nas ilhas e a opção da hospedagem neste hotel foi perfeita.

Ottima la posizione, a due passi da Grace Bay e dal centro!

La colazione era piuttosto scarsa. Solo cose dolci, e poco varie. Camere spaziose, ma abbastanza vecchiotte.

Café da manhã fraco, o fato de não ter um restaurante e o serviço de concierge deixa a desejar já que todas as informações estão a cargo do pessoal do front-desk, que não informam da maneira clara e estusiasmada que deveriam, já que a ilha (Provo) que incrivelmente fantástica.

La posizione accanto alla spiaggia, i negozi e i ristoranti abbastanza vicini, le camere abbastanza confortevoli e di discrete dimensioni.

Hanno sbagliato il conto finale delle camere; è stato difficile farsi ascoltare dalla direzione, ma il rimborso sulla carta di credito è stato piuttosto rapido.

Initially we were given a room on the 3rd floor facing the parking lot. We are seniors with heart problems so that with no elevator, this location was life-threatening. We were relocated the next day to ground floor facing the swimming pool which was quite acceptable.

It is a clean and well located hotel. The value for money is good.

Broadly speaching, the staff is helpful and kind. However, there is an unpleasant front desk attendant.

Everyone was very helpful and the were very clean easy excess to everything on the Grace Bay strip. I will definately stay there again.
