personale gentilissimo e in particolar modo Olga, che ci ha coccolati tutto il tempo. Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort e arredato con gusto. E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Quisimos cambiar del apartamento del primer piso al segundo y no nos pusieron problemas. Debido a un retraso con el vuelo y la consiguiente perdida de la conexión llegamos un dia después y el hotel via e-mai no nos quiere hacer la devolución de la 1ª noche en cuanto estando allí nos dijeron que probablemente si, pero creo que se quisieron sacar el muerto de encima y el ya se lo digo por e-mail y no tengo al cliente enfrente. Algo muy poco serio!!!! Booking tampoco ha presionado mucho. Tanto unos como otros han dejado mucho que desear.

Very nice pool. Never could find a manager. Refrigerator barely would work. We were told if we upgraded we would have a working refrigerator. Do not get a studio. Didn't even had a window that would look out.... Only saw the elevator. Hot tub did not work.
