Wonderful location and great charm. Staff are helpful and friendly - made me welcome. Dinner was delicious. Ambience is amazing. Surprised at so few guests Lack of breakfast facilities. No coffee or drinks in the room. Would have liked to order basic water, hot drinks, fruit.

Generally a nice location on a marina with a nice setting to the property with attractive landscaping, a pool, an onsite restaurant and close to other restaurants. The place needs work. It's rather run down, the paint was peeling in the bathroom shower and the room showed some general signs of wear not seen in more upscale hotels. The marina is directly behind our room which sounded nice when making the reservation but became a total disaster when we couldn't sleep until after 2 am due to people blasting loud music and talking and yelling loudly while hanging out on their boats. While not necessarily the fault of the hotel, they could at least try to do something about this problem which is probably a common occurrence.

Awesome price. Loved the location because it was close to the beach and marina and close to several restaurants. We got to go snorkeling which was right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly. I loved the area because it was quiet and less busy than the downtown area. It seemed like the "real" Turks instead of a place that had been created for tourists. I liked that. Front desk was great. Loved the balcony off the room, we didn't think we were getting a balcony so that was a nice surprise. Nice to have TV channels and a fridge in a "budget" room. Mattresses were VERY old. I could feel the springs in my back. The bathrooms around the pool area were dirty. The pool itself was dirty. Although the staff was nice, many did not speak any english.... hard to get more towels!

Everyone was so friendly and willing to assist however possible. I was not too well & the nxt door restaurant made special hot teas, and Angelo did a great hot toddy [Canadian style]. Bob's bike/car rentals was very accomodating and pleasant owner. Sandflies or mosquitos ate me up....they didn't bother anyone else. Humidity difficult for my breathing. Too many smokers inside restaurants puffing away!!

Even though it was an older hotel it was spotless. The rooms were quite large and the view of the marina was great. Great restaurants all within walking distance and only a 7 min. car ride to Grace Bay. I actually enjoyed the area far better than being in Grace Bay. The staff was very accommodating. Great value for your money. Quiet, nice size pool and very close to the airport if you just want to overnight and not spend a fortune on a hotel.

Staff was nice to allow me to use the microwave. The place was not worth the price I paid. No service for early morning check out, no peep hole for security in door when there's a sign in the room saying be carefully on the beach after a certain hour. Was not presentable as far as landscape, pool not clean. This place could go for $50 a night dive only. There were waterspots on the ceiling. Not a place I would have spent the amount of money for 2 night stay. Bed wasn't comfrontable just a hard bed that was on wheels. More noise then necessary. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know for the price. Serious upgrades are necessary. If they wanna make money to build their brand send me and email and I can assist with how to fun their upgrade and activities area.

Hotel was great for the money spent. Everything worked fine in room and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good but not near Grace Bay. It is a very small island though and a small drive or taxi will take you there. It is budget friendly with no frills but that is what they advertise in the listing. That said the room was fine and comfortable.

I liked the location, as I am not a beach person, and it was fun to see the yachts and marina, and to walk to nearby restaurants. I also learned to use the jitneys, rather than the taxis to go further afield. They are much less expensive,

Turks and Caicos is too expensive and so are its hotels. All is aimed at rich tourists. No value for money. not many young tourist or back-backers as it does not cater for their needs. Shocking welcome from staff on arrival! Last day met the nice staff and owners. the room was large with 2 double beds with view on the marina. I loved my stay though as the sea and the sand is one of a kind. most beautiful island in the world! Mathilda

For our honeymoon we stayed at a condo near Turtle Cove but our check out day was a day before we had to fly out of Provo, so I booked just one night at Turtle Cove Inn. We didn't expect much, since we were only planning on sleeping there. Our original room had 2 double beds, but we were upgraded to a king size bed at no additional charge upon request. The room was spacious and had air conditioning. It also had a TV and a small refrigerator. The view overlooked the marina, which was really nice. Although we were just planning on sleeping there, my wife was not able to sleep because how uncomfortable the bed was. Many of the springs were out of place, and the bed creaked a bit. For those who enjoy camping, this hotel may be ok to stay at. But for those who need a comfortable bed, I would look elsewhere. I hear there may be a Comfort Suites on the island, but I'm not sure of the cost. The other thing that made it difficult to sleep was the climate control system -- it was either really cold or really warm. We were not able to set it at a comfortable temperature. Again, great for people who are used to camping.

Nice location around yacht marina and five minutes' drive to 'downtown'. The hotel was very quiet (time of year) but there is plenty of choice as regards bars and restaurants nearby. Extractor in the bathroom sounded like an old aeroplane. No shower gel/shampoo, just soap.

Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Location and price. The price is affordable and is near affordable eateries. It also has a good view of the marina. Services are basic and acceptable. The office opens at 8:00 a.m. and is not suitable for people who need help when they have to depart an early flight. Car services are not reliable but if the office can help, this will be better.
