Restaurant had good food for fair price. Hotel staff was very nice. Hotel room was dirty, AC did not work good, hotel surroundings has not been taken care of in years. Swimmingpool very dirty. |

Your willingness to try and accomodate & fast room service I arrived at 2am and would have enjoyed a relaxing massage after such a long trip but you couldn't comply. |

The staff&service were excellent,very helpful,fantastic customer care skills The hotel is in great need of updating,everything is damp/fusty smelling in the rooms,the reception,eating area is in great need of a thorough clean,there is thousands of frogs because the two lakes are in the hotel grounds and none of our group of 8 people got any sleep as the frogs make so much noise all night,mosquitos a nightmare because of lakes,told not to venture out of grounds late night. |

From the moment we arrived we were looked after all the way through till the moment we departed at the airport. Very worth while experience and comfortable place to be in. Just ask for any thing you need, they will help you out. Thank you Management of 13 Coins Airport Grand Resort. You looked after us with our injuries and driving us to local clinics, saving us time, money and much more. |

The reveiws were right. The area was terrible and it was like faulty towers. Its in need of some repair. It was like an old ballroom with a dated motel attached. Rubbish everywhere. |
