The room interior needs some refreshment. The joints of the tiles clearly show some fungus, and that's not really unexpected with a badly functioning air suction in the bath room. It's been rated with 4-star, but the interior is definitely not to this level. I could not put it in the categories as listed. For budget / backpackers the price is too high. For business the accommodation is not up to today's standard. I'll give it 3 stars.

The rate is OK, and it is close to BMC where I am working THere are Fivethings wrong. 1. The lighting in the room is very dull and the light is low in the room 2. Internet is NOT free and costs almost 25% of the room rate as an extra (400 per day!!!) 3. Breakfast is not included in the Booking.Com deal, and it is not obvious. 4. Seems to handle very large groups of Chinese tourists. Checkin and out can take a very long time if you arrive or depart with a group 5. TV is very old, reception poor, and available englsih channels low grade

Price, although thru extras the hotel takes a lot of cash off you.... 1. Interent really bad, expensive and not secure 2. Food - Horrible is the only accurate description, cold eggs, uncooked meat etc etc...Thank goodness the nearby Arab & Indian restaurants were surprisingly excellent, both great quality food. 3. Food service staff surly, 4. Aircon cannot be adjusted, you either freeze or roast 5. Long way from everything, except teh hospital, which was primary visit purpose 6. Staff treat you like criminals 7. Housekeeping staff provide ENDLESS racket and noise during your stay. Their floor phone rings endlessly and no one answers it. They salm all dorrs as load as possible to make sure you have no peace. They yell at each other from either end of the floor and so on. I guess good help is hard to find everywhere. Would only recommend if you need to be near Bangkok hospital, but the Amari is much closer and next trip will be my choice, whatever the cost difference.

The location near the Hospital is excellent and hotel provides a free shuttle to go Bkk hospital. Swimming pool just for you. Customers of hotel dont like this kind of activity... except to drink a beer. The hotel works with Arabian Tours ( Dubai, Emirates, Ethiopia, Jordania...) and Chinese Tour operator, that means that you will live in this hotel like in Dubai or other arabian place. A lot of Bus plenty of people go on the morning. During evening , a lot of people and bus arrive... Internet not free in rooms but free wifi at reception... Why ? Its not easy to call with skype relatives, in a reception crowded

Booking.com advertised free transport between airport and hotel, hotel refused to honour stating that free transfers are only provided if the accommodation if booked directly with the hotel. The hotel said that the issue is with Booking.com and not them.

1- Close to Bangkok hospital 2- Got 'upgraded' room, finally after an hour wait in the lobby 3- Sure, plenty of smiles - and hands out for extra money. I guess a few baht is okay, but it's as tiresome as Indonesia...Bayar lagi.... 4- The 2 free bottles of water a day were good quality 5- Cheap enough, I guess, so would only recommend on that basis. 1- Internet is 500 baht a day, (usd 20) poor service and not secure 2- I had a burger in the restaurant that was 30% fat and gristl|e and undercooked. The soup was okay. 3- I checked out early and got charged a full day extra 4- The light fixtures and switches in the room quite dodgy, like most of the wiring in Thailand 5- No back up power at the hotel. The power was out one day for about a half or an hour. 6- Be prepared for extra charges for a lot of things...but, the shuttle to the hospital is free 7- The hotel wanted 1500 baht for a trip to the airport, contact the hospital, they will get you a good car & driver for 950 baht. On the way in, contact the hospital and you will get a taxi to anywhere near the hospital for 450 baht, a 500 baht discount

Nothing - the good thing was the clean rooms Receiption stuff was very rode I arranged for pick-up service from airport by mail and calling but they ignored all my communications. Receiption supervisour is very bad person at all
