A-ONE The Royal Cruise Hotel  

I have very little positive feedback for this hotel. We arrived at this hotel in July 2011 after having to move from another hotel after it being fully booked. We wanted to see the room before booking two rooms for an extended stay. They agreed and showed us a nice room in the new wing with ocean view. After seeing the room we decided to book, but quickly found out that we booked the "wrong" room and got lead to two horribly old and dirty rooms with a brick wall for a view out the window. Internet access costs a crazy 600 baht per day! The security guards in reception are very strict and frown upon any guests being taken to the hotel, they charge 1000 baht to bring a guest. We wanted to leave the next day and they tried to stop us leaving by saying we had to pay for the full stay, though they did finally agree to let us go in the end. Girls in reception are all grumpy, nobody smiles. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Thailand.

I didn't like anything about this hotel, agressive staff, bad service, over priced Internet access, charging crazy amounts of money for guests. I spoke to the manager of the hotel who had no interest in helping us. If you stay here you will regret it, much better hotels in Pattaya.

Designs and comfort

Nice ,nice.But wish they could have more courteous and accomodating staff and reasonable airport and travel rates .

Staff,poor and rude and no proper travel desk and no free wifi in the rooms.

This is very nice and beautiful hotel with perfect location near beach and public places,very good for spending holiday!Very nice rooms and service.I was lucky and got very good price

The A-One the Royal Cruise Hotel has been one of my preferred hotels in North Pattaya for a while now. It has a great beach-front location near pretty much anything you may need. The hotel's design is a unique ship-shaped building with complimenting decor. The breakfast is pretty good and the hotel has a cute bar next to the swimming pool which is perfect for relaxing. The staff, although they may be slow at times, are friendly and informative.

The rooms are not as clean as they should be. There were ants on the 2nd floor in the New Wing and the air conditioning was leaking some water, but it really wasn't a big deal. Check-in is probably my biggest complaint as this is my 2nd visit to the hotel and both times I have had the receptionist tell me to wait for an hour only to come back and have them say to wait another hour. The wait isn't the problem, just wanted to know the actual time it'll take to have the room ready so that I may enjoy my time someplace else while I wait.

Very conveniece .Variety of food. Near shopping Plaza and entertainment Complex.

I did not like online services and the health club and sauna free of charge and this does not make sense, free internet in the lobby for an hour only with the complexity

Right oppossite to beach.

The hotel did not have details about our reservation. After few minutes they managed to find it out, but then they did not have the rooms which we booked. They did upgrade us to the old wing but we didnt like it so much, I would have preferred that our room was in the new wing(i suppose the rooms were better there)..the hotel is oppossite to the beach though but our room did not have a view of the beach. Pool was decent too.

отель сам по себе выглядит как корабль, дизайнер постарался, персонал одет соответствующе в морской тематике. номера оформлены очень красиво, мы жили в новых зданиях (new wing), поэтому никаких муравьев не видели. у нас была 9-месячная малышка, ей удобно было ползать, так как полы в номере покрыты ковролином, и еще дали удобную детскую кроватку. убирали всегда вовремя, очень чисто. бассейн хороший, глубина 1,20, есть детский отсек, но он маленький. можно заказать массаж возле бассейна. расположение отеля очень удобно, в центре города, рядом супермаркет .биг с, альказар шоу, развлеательные места и т.д. рядом с гостиницей хороший и недорогой массажный центр.

есть девушки на ресепшн не очень приветливые, зато матросы наоборот очень вежливые. интернет иногда не работал. бесплатный интернет только возле ресепшна, каждый час надо было брать логин и пароль. в комнатах интернет стоит на сутки 500 бат, но работает очень плохо. лучше вообще не брать, а возле гостиницы (в сторону секонд роуд), зайти в интернет кафе, там час стоит только 40 бат и скорость прекрасная. кормят дороговастенько, лучше опять же возле гостиницы пойти в кафе и рестораны. детская игровая комната закрыта была. тренажерная бесплатно для посетителей только час, больше часа 200 бат.
