1- The hotel is quite place to relax away from those cheap ones with a lot of noise from people who come late evening drunk. 2- Acceptable cleanness not 100%. Some insects are there! 3- Safety requlations & indications are fine and secure place. 1- Check-in time without a voucher could be a problem, a lady staff in the reception was a bit surprise to see someone wanted to check-in. 2- tv channels are very poor. No sport @ whole and no true sport vision here, very limit news channels. Bbc, dw-tv & Russia tv. 3- B/fast ok, however the area is conjunction & first come first serve! 4- A bit pricy in the area. 5- Requested for additional 2hrs late check-out was denied. A lot of empty rooms!

The hotel is well known to me .but the main problem in the hotel is the language they are very poor in communication coz they not speak English. Their food is excellent but their room furniture is not need to be improve otherwise the location is fine and quite . I like to repeat my visit to it again in the future.

Nice ,nice.But wish they could have more courteous and accomodating staff and reasonable airport and travel rates . Staff,poor and rude and no proper travel desk and no free wifi in the rooms.

Right oppossite to beach. The hotel did not have details about our reservation. After few minutes they managed to find it out, but then they did not have the rooms which we booked. They did upgrade us to the old wing but we didnt like it so much, I would have preferred that our room was in the new wing(i suppose the rooms were better there)..the hotel is oppossite to the beach though but our room did not have a view of the beach. Pool was decent too.

очень оригинальный отель в морском стиле. номера красивые. бассейны очень теплые. зона "тихий океан"- слишком тепло, купаться неприятно. на этаже было много семей (штук 7) из индии - они были везде, шумели, двери все настеж в номерах - постоянное, шумное хождение по коридорам... потом они сьехали - и стало прекрасно.
