one of the really best 5star hotels in Phuket. we stayed 4 times here. you feel you are at home with best services . the quality of food and the presentation is excellent also.

Relaxing

We did not get what we requested or paid for in terms of room, we requetsed and thought we booked through Bookings.com 2 rooms with a joining door. We therefore paid for 2 rooms but only used 1

What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Gorgeous grounds and lovely pool, the tide was out at the beach so would have been a far walk to get to the water. Room was large with a huge soaker tub and nice fruit plate and flowers in the room upon arrival. Day of departure was raining and the hotel sent a golf cart down to pick me up and transport me up to the main lobby with my luggage. Booked my taxi to the airport with the hotel which was a bit more than just doing it through a local taxi company but good stay overall.

Room had a musty smell upon arrival and didn't like to keep the door open as mosquitoes getting in!

The price! It's feel like you in a cage cause you are very far from the city so the manager think he can take from you any price he want to. 1. the restaurant is over over over pricy! you can think for a moment that you are at swiss or france...they take for juice 165 bhat and for phad thai 290 bhat ++ tax and service.. so imagine how much they take for other meals... we paid for 2 chicken burger and 2 juice (from battle) more than 1000 bhat. 2. the airport is just 5 minute driving from the hotel and they charge 400 bhat!!! such a rip off!!! I dont recomend at all ... you can find better hotels with fair prices...

Staff were lovely. Close to airport. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool access room was nice when you wanted a quick dip.

Cockroach in bedroom. Bit musty smelling. Very hard bed...gave me a sore back!!

Cost more to travel to airport than I expected - 400 baht one way when only 650 baht to patong from airport.

Clean, nature, like home, coussine, facilities, friendly service, locacation, city and travels acces. Price. No noise. Excelent personal service. I will come back.

The breakfast was poor

The proximity to the airport, remote and quiet beach, great pool, big rooms, nice breakfast,practical for a family with children. We need to mention one person in particular than made our stay change completely. Max is one of the management staff member and he was the first one to help us when we experienced a few problems such as safety box blocked in the room (he opened int within 4 minutes upon calling reception)and first and foremost upon our credit card as swallowed by mistake in atm machine within hotel premises,he made sure to call the bank, a few times and was persistent until we got our card back within 24h instead of the 4 days that the bank had announced! Without great help and professional support, our holiday which was heaven would have been hell.We could at all tie relax directly on the seafront and spend some relaxing family joyful moments.

The evening "all you can eat buffet", too expensive for little choice and food is not great(i ate some curry squid that was surely not fresh). Should have four complementary bottles of water in the room instead of two tiny ones. From the hotel it is difficult to go anywhere except the restaurants of Nai yang Beach which are 10 min walking distance along the beach by low tide.If you need to get out taxis and transportation is a fortune (a rip of) so next time, i'll consider renting a car or a bike directly at the airport to be more independent.

Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

Our room was amazing, and so was the pool.

1. Excellent pool - large, clean, no chemicals in the water (except late in the evening for cleaning purposes). 2. Nice restaurant with live music.

1. I don't know whether it's the season or the normal situation (I stayed in March), but the sea in front of the hotel is actually quite far, and one has to walk about a kilometer and still the water would be only knee high. In order to actually swim we had to go along the beach about 15 minutes. 2. The sea view rooms do not really provide the sea view - they are in the right direction, but the view is blocked by the trees.

The resort was clean and comfortable, close to the airport and within a short taxi ride to shopping and restaurants. The in-house tour operator made it easy to pick and choose which tours to do and were reasonably priced.

for a beachfront resort the beach itself wasnt very good. low tide during the day meant a fair distance out to get to the water where it also becomes rocky.

Friendly helpful staff. Managed to negotiate uprade to beautiful pool villa which was excellent value for money. Beautiful room with outside sunken bath and private pool. Location on beach was great, easy stroll along beach at low tide to nearby village with great seafood restauarants and bars.

Beautiful pool. Rooms were nice, bed comfortable and shower good. Staff were helpful, carried our bags to the room and came to pick them up on checkout. Internet was good and fast. Good value if you get a deal!!

Menu was poor for a resort of this size, plus it was a good 15 minute walk to anywhere else. 2 single beds are not the same as a king/queen/double.

very big resort, need to walk quite abit to get to lobby although im pretty sure you can call reception and they will send a caddy to pick you up from your room

Pool access room was very nice, quiet around the swimming pool and not to many kids. Nai Yang beach 10 minute walk away with local restaurants and bars which were great for sunset.

Restaurants over priced compared to other parts of Phuket. Considering how close the hotel was to the airport surprised to find out there was no free shuttle service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We can really enjoy the privacy and peace in the resort. The pool is great!

We stayed there for 1 night as we were looking for a nice place to stay near the airport. Great service, the staff were friendly and helpful. Resort looks over the beach and you can walk down to the local shopping strip along the beach. Nice big pool next to the bar. Worth the extra money to stay there if you are looking for luxury instead of a cheap hotel.

They don't offer halls food. The hotel they could do better job to clean their beach
