The location is nice, the staff are friendly.
The hotel has no good facilities, the restaurant closes at 10 pm, the swimming pool isn't clean, the room also isn't clean. There are some noises on the corridor especially in the morning; I could hear everything in the room next door.
i will not forget this hotel and i hope to come back again. Though I was alone but i loved it so much.
You have to be aware the hotel not close to the "city centre" so think before you book.
Good quiet location, with a helpful staff, beautiful views, and a great pool. For the price, it's a great hotel.
The location is a little too remote, with few stores nearby. The closest stores/food stalls are on Nai Yang beach itself, requiring you to ford a shallow river, ehich makes it hard to visit at night. Any trip further than Nai Yang requires an expensive (700-1000THB, one way) taxi ride out.
Wonderful location. Equipped with all fascilities. Staff was excellant and helpfull.
Location close to airport.
We stored two of our bags at this resort for 5 days. They lost our stored bags and they wouldn't tell us what was going on. They finally let us know that they accidentally got loaded with a Chinese tour bus group that was on their way to the airport. We already paid for a room in Khao lok, but we decided to stay at the imperial again for that evening so they could retrieve and deliver our bags to our room. They did offer to pay for our room that evening after my asking them to, so that was fair customer service. We would not stay at imperial adamas again.
Everything. This resort is absolutely stunning and in such a secluded location. Very quiet. Gorgeous pool and restaurant overlooking the beach, with great food and some really unusual but delicious cocktails. If you plan on spending your days out sightseeing, add an extra day to just enjoy this place. Our only regret is that we didn't spend enough time enjoying our beautiful accommodation!
This is not specific to this hotel, but is worth knowing about before you go. We noticed during our holiday to Thailand that most resorts tell you that the tap water isn't safe to drink, so they offer you two complimentary bottles of water each day. There's no convenience store nearby and in that kind of heat and humidity one bottle each is not enough. We recommend asking upfront for more water if you can't bring any with you, or stocking up at a convenience store during your stay if you happen to come across one
The set up is really nice and it is located very close to the airport but you don't notice it. Room was big, a bit outdated style, but charming
The staff was absent when we arrived and since the reception location is not very intuitive, we had to look for a while, but maybe it was just bad luck. No elevator though, which doesn't help when carrying heavy luggage.
The welcome was amazing and the hotel was truly beautiful. However there is an old block of a previous resort which is not very nice to look at and the hotel feels quite remote and is not very lively at night. The reception staff were amazing and very professional and made me feel welcome and very special.
The staff in the restaurant were not very good or attentive. I waited a long time to be served and they were rather unprofessional.
It was only a one night stop over, location was convenient for flying out the next day, breakfast was good, staff were friendly
The beds were really hard and room had a damp smell although it was clean.
lovely hotel. staff were friendly an helpful at all times.
Quality of the room and the bedding.large pools. beautiful beach.
Location a bit too close from the airport and too far from the city and the activities.
The hotel staff was quite polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and we had a pleasant stay.
The beach was dry when we visited. The taxi we hired from the hotel to go to Surat Thani did not have any air-conditioning and we were not informed and we really suffered during our 5 hour journey. Wish the hotel staff had informed us about it as we coudn't imagine the cars in Thailand (being a hot country) without any air conditioning.
There were not many staff in the restaurant to service people. Rooms needs to be cleaned better. Generally buildings needs to be maintained such as painting for both outside and inside
Great location near Phuket airport. Big, comfortable rooms. Very friendly and efficient staff.
The room was very god with everything you needed. The balcony with two good sunbed. The breakfast was very tasty and many things to choose. The view from the terrace (rum 116) was beautiful with all the trees.
There was sometimes a bad smell when we walked on the path to the room.
Lobby, pool, bath
Location, price, restaurant choices.
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were great. The walk to Naiyang village along the beach was very nice. However you have to cross a stream so if the tide is high it is a problem. no big deal but you should be aware.
Pool access rooms are great The pool itself is huge Even with full occupancy, the place is very tranquil Great views Nice large terraces Beautiful gardens Helpful staff
Nothing - keep it as it is!
Very grand and spacious resort. Stunning pool area. Lovely view out to the beach. Sunken bath in the room was cool.
Location is not brilliant if you want to go and sample local bars and restaurants - access is only via beach which is totally cut off at high tide. You have to wade through knee deep water or get a taxi the long way round for approx 10 euros.
We wished for a hotel with creature comforts, good beach for a long weekend away. The Imperial Adamas Beach Resort fitted our criteria perfectly.
If we were there for longer we would have preferred a greater food choice, maybe a buffet in the evening or specially themed food.
Loved the tiled bath design in our bathroom. Very original and luxurious! Loved the grand reception area.
The walk back along the beach at night was a bit scary with no lights illuminating a pathway. There were not enough staff in the pool area/ bar restaurant to serve during the day- only one guy was doing all the work!
Good quiet location Nice views Good accommodation Helpful staff` Well laid out, landscaped resort
Lack of facilities for hotel of this stature ie no organised activities, inhouse tour shop rarely open. Only one daily shuttle service to town/other beaches. Unsightly half built, failed hotel project nearby. Seeing a rat one night near apartment.
Nice quiet location if looking for a resort based experience.
Pretty poor service generally at the Pool bar even while seated in their sightline and pretty expensive given captive audience. I also got food poisoning from a burger there :( Could definitely make more money if they increased their numbers of chairs and tables around the pool and grass and had table service to them. Would also be good if there was more lighting to enable guests to walk to Nai Yang along the beach at night - probably not what the hotel wants though!!
Lovely rooms, nice complex, pool access rooms nice
The location was secluded and private yet close enough to walk to town Our pool access room had a great floor plan, was tastefully decorated, roomy and romantic
The staff at the pool bar were extremely slow and not very knowledgeable of their cocktail list The food and beverages were very overpriced considering you could stroll 10 minutes down the beach to drink/dine for a third of the price - with efficient and friendly staff
