La gente del hotel, super amable y muy amigable. La piscina La situacion del hotel, esta cerca de soi cowboy, pero en un barrio muy oscuro sin vistas. Las habitaciones no eran muy bonitas la verdad y la limpieza no era muy buena. |

The Hotel staff and Management is very nice and helpfull. The reception personnel are wonderfull. The Pool in the roof is a smash. Good place to stay ! The very poor breakfast served in the restaurant next door needs urgent improvement for a high standing Hotel like this. |

Located in a quieter side street but still close to central areas,sky train and subway. Rooms are big and everything still new. There is no breakfast buffet. A la carte choice a bit limited. |

Warm staff. They are always ready to help you. Accessible to all food & shopping establishment. You cannot control the temperature of the shower. But in general our stay there was excellent. |

The rooftop swimming pool was magnificent, especially after dark. The room was beautiful, well decorated and very clean. The hotel's own restaurant served delicious, real Thai food with reasonable prices, highly recommended. The location wasn't that convenient. |

The bath was far too high and I banged my toe and was unsure if it was broken - I had trouble walking for a few days. I thought the height of the bath considering it was a new hotel was rather high. I would have preferred a room without a microwave etc perhaps a more cosier room although the room was pleasant and clean. |

kuntoilin ja uin joka päivä, nautin uimisesta koska siellä ei ollut tungosta ja samoin vaikka kuntosalilla oli vain neljä laitetta, sielläkään ei ollut ruuhkaa. huone oli tilava ja ok, keittiö oli oikeastaan turha, lukuunottamatta jääkaappia. huoneessa ei ollut kylpytakkeja, eikä kylpytossuja, tuk-tuk 24/7 lievä pettymys, (autoja ei ollut kai kuin yksi!), taksit eivät osanneet milloinkaan helposti perille, aamiaistarjoilu ei ollut buffet-aamiainen, ja cinnamon-ravintolassa ei käyneet mitkään luottokorit. |

het ontvangst was heel vriendelijk, de kamer was prachtig, het ontbijt was prima. Lekkere koffie! Het zwembad op het dak is geweldig! Niet vanwege het uitzicht, maar het geeft je een speciaal gevoel. het is voor de taxi moeilijk te vinden. |
