Centrally located hotel. Very good cafe/restarant. 'The Parrot', which had good breakfasts.

Could here people 'bonking' in the room next door very loudly.Walls need more insulation.

My room was like a small flat and very comfortable and very well serviced. The staff were very polite and helpful and the food at the adjacent cafe was good. The complimentary taxi from the airport was very useful and very welcome also.

I liked everything about the hotel apart from when completing the feedback form (which I did as a gesture of thanks, I was about to leave) I left the staff commendation section, whilst all the staff were very helpful I didn't want to single any one out as I had not had a particularly memorable experience with any one of them. When the chap on the desk saw this he told me who to put in which I thought was a bit strange and defeated the point of a an independent feedback form. Small detail though, friendly staff make a big difference.

Hotel location was excellent, central to the Sukamavit district of Bangkok. The size of the room and the facilities in room was well catered for as a serviced apartment. Staff very courteous and help full. No frills, just good all value for money Hotel. Had a good resturant and bar attached. Good roof top swimming pool, Gym, sauna facilities.

It was across the road from some dodgy looking establishments

Quite good and recommend others to try at once, good location and frindly service.

If possible keep somebody who can speak in English in the restaurant, really hard to communicate for Internation travellers.

Nothing , though cannot really complaint about the staff

The neigbourhood, no facilities at all, they charged 5% extra for paying by AMEX, no suitable at all for business traveller and solo travellers. Can hardly classify it as a 2 star facility. In general very depressing guest rooms.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly, as a managed apartment it was just fine.

Having to pay for Internet access in addition to the room costs.

The location, room arrangment, staff were excellent comparing to price. The reception very helpfull we changed one of the rooms because we wanted upper levels and it was no big deal, breakfast was good and if I go back to Bangkok I'll stay at the same hotel.

The location was easy to be found n to reach it.. It's a quite n respectfull hotel for families. The stuff are kind excepet few.. I recomend for saftey to lower the bathtabs it's very high...

Yes I hav a complain. As I had booked online and asked for extra bed n the charge should be 500bahat as mentiond online, but ib the hotel they refused n made me pay 800. I'm very upset n disapointed about the.. As I trusted your services n it's not 1st time I book thrugh you. Please check about it n i'll wait for you mail.

great place as a base, perfect for exploring Bangkok, close to skytrain station. staff friendly and efficient. we stayed four nights at beginning of our 3 week break in thailand and then needed our last night to be Bangkok so stayed at Admiral suites again

Not really but as we had an early flight and needed to leave already 06h15 we couldn´t have any breakfast as it didnt open until 06h30....maybe it would be nice to have some coffee and readymade sandwishes for guests like us! Just a proposal....not very important though!
