la habitación era correcta ningún trabajador del hotel hablaba ni entendía inglés. Cogimos este hotel para la última noche de nuestras vacaciones por estar cerca del aeropuerto de BKK y ofrecer servicio lanzadera al aeropuerto gratuito (tal y como indicaba en nuestra reserva y en los folletos del hotel) y al llegar de noche el recepcionista que apenas hablaba inglés nos confirmó que a las 8:15a.m nos llevarían al aeropuerto y a la mañana siguiente cuando nos disponemos a hacer el check out, nos dice la recepcionista que no hablaba nada de inglés, utilizando a una clienta que hacía de intérprete, que no tienen actualizada la información del hotel y que ya hace tiempo que no ofrecen el servicio de lanzadera!!! le decimos que nos pidan un taxi y nos lo paguen ellos y nos dicen que no, que no nos lo pagan, llama a un taxi y dice que tardará media hora!! íbamos a llegar demasiado tarde al aeropuerto!! 10 minutos esperando y por ahí no pasaba ningùn taxi, finalmente pasa uno que nos cobra 300 baths!!! se niega a poner el taxímetro (no hubieran sido más de 40 baths...), nos metemos 4 personas con 4 maletas en un taxi con el maletero lleno de botellas vacias y porquería... pero conseguimos llegar al aeropuerto a tiempo... en fin!! un último día algo accidentado!!

Hotel nowoczesny, dobrze utrzymany, pokoje komfortowe I czyste. Na stronie booking.com podawane są nieprawdziwe, wprowadzające w błąd informacje dotyczące hotelu: 1. obsługa hotelu, z uwzględnieniem recepcji, w ogóle nie rozmawia w języku angielskim, 2. hotel oddalony jest od lotniska Suvarnabhumi o ok. 25 km, a nie 7 km, jak podaje strona booking.com, 3. hotel nie świadczy usług transferu z/na lotnisko, choć na stronie booking.com podawane są informacje odmienne, co naraża gości na wysokie opłaty dodatkowe, 4. brak możliwości płatności kartą kredytową, 5. brak kontaktu mailowego lub telefonicznego ze strony hotelu pomimo wystosowania takiej prośby ze strony gości (hotel w ogóle nie odpowiada na zapytania mailowe kierowane przez gości, a dotyczące pobytu w hotelu).

ดีหาของกินได้ง่าย เงียบสงบดี พนักงานไม่ดูแลทำความสะอาดเท่าทีควร เรื่ออุปกรณในห้องน้ำไม่มีการดูแล ที่จอดรถน้อยไปนิดนะคับ

まだ新しくホテル全体が綺麗。従業員も気さくで感じ が良い。行きたいゴルフ場 に近い為、利用したがタクシー等の手配もスムーズにして 頂き感謝。 ロケーション。。少し不便。 ソイの移動はモトサイ。ＢＫＫ市内まではバス・ロットゥの利用が安価。 食事等も移動等もタイ語オンリーの世界。滞在期間タイ人 以外との遭遇無し。

the price they didnt gave us free shuttle to the airport, they said, it starts driving at 10:00 am, but we needed it at 8:00 am
