easy to and from airport, with free pick-up.someone waiting when you arrive, if you contact them. Staff very happy, and helpful. Time saving location to and from the airport,if you are flying within 24-48 hours.

It it so close to the airport, that it feels like a was at the airport! Breakfast is really poor, and host was NOT friendly, when I askes for a piece of lemon. The room smelt not nice, moisty.

It is quite near airport, actually is just opposite airport. The waiter and attendant are nice. We were arrived at almost 12 AM, they still waiting for us.

V. Close to Phuket airport. Good spot to stay if plane arriving very late night to avoid long drive to Patong beach.

We booked the hotel pick-up but they weren't there when we arrived. Our plane was about 10 minutes late in arriving from Bangkok

walkable to/from airport - 500m from terminal, 250m from airport exit. You might even get a puppy escort. Transfer is available but not necessary. (we arrived 9:30pm). The bed was huge and a little too comfy. We had an early flight to Koh Samui the next day, so a included simple breakfast was fine. For cheap airport accommodation you will be impressed. If needed, internet is more than sufficient.

(sarcasm) i didnt like receiving an extra 2 bottles of drinking water for free!! SERIOUSLY!! Its airport accomm, i expected nothing and was blown away!

Breakfaat was terrible. Your directions were for another hotel in fact your site said we were staying at The Aiport Resort. It is very nice and close to airport and resort. While the Airport mansion was too close airport and thus noicy. Mold on bathroom ceiling.

Flew into phuket after a long trip from australia. Upon arrival I was met by a rep from the hotel (free of charge) to take me to the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite tidy and sufficient to my purpose. If you need to stay overnight in phuket and fly out the next day, I would recommend you stay here.

The reception bell boy was very rude. Purposely did not pick us from airport and lied about it. Tried to swindle us with an expensive taxi to pier. Then he dropped us off at airport in front of his other taxi friends who continued to try to over charge us. This hotel definitely part of the whole taxi mafia scheme

Very good room, clean, and comfortable. Staff are very nice and helpful. We have flight early morning, leave hotel at 5:30, however, we still have breakfast at hotel and enjoyed free shuttle bus carried us to airport. Location very good, less than 5 minutes walking to Phuket airport.

Extremly unfriendly staff. Did not help us in anyway to plan our ongoing travel. Charged us 250bht for a 2 km ride to the next busstation. Email address does not work so you have to call to be picked up. Breakfast very poor. Hotel overpriced. Ac very noisy. Very bad experience for us. Never again.

The pick up service was prompt and pick-up staff very friendly. The rooms were functional and very clean.

The breakfast food and service and was abysmal. One of the staff (who looked like a manager) gave us perhaps the most disgusted look I have seen from a front of house person ever. Once we were there it seemed the service stopped. Unless you simply need a place to put your head down when arriving/leaving Phuket this place isn't going to cut it. No bar service on New Years Eve, no assistance with taxi service to go somewhere else to see in the New Year - we ended up walking back to the airport to get someone to take us to a place to have a drink. Staff simply said: Sorry, we closed the bar early. Six of us stayed in the group and while the room served the purpose all of us were truly disappointed in the restaurant and general service in the morning.

We were there for one day only, just as a temporary place before departure. Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to Phuket airport. The hotel is quite new, clean. Staff were excellent. There is a free shuttle to the airport. To sum up: Excellent value for money.

Uncomfortable mattress on the bed.

I choose the hotel because we have a very early flight and it makes. Very very close to the airport and I guess less than 5 min walk. The staff offered us a free drive to the airport.
