Assez bruyant, tres proche d'un grand axe routier

la chambre était pas trés propre er les meubles étaient trés vieux La salle de bains était un peu délabré, ce qui contraste avec l'aspect extérieur. Le personnel est expérimenté et passe son temps à regarder la télévision.L'hotel est situé sur une nationale est loin de tous commerces.Cela est bon pour un dépannage entre deux vols d'avoin. Mais vu la mauvaise qualité des chambres le prix est cher par rapport à ce qu'on trouve en thailande. Le rix devrait être de 1OOO Bath au lieu des 2000 payé. Donc je le déconseille.

Accueil glacial, le personnel doit avoir une moyenne d'âge de 20 ans. Le restaurant est une arnaque et une arnaque chère ! La porte de la chambre s'ouvrait et fermait mal. Nous l'avons signalé. Et trois personnes de 18 à 20 ans se sont improvisés serruriers à 21h30. Pour finir il n'y a rien a faire dans le coin de l'hôtel la plage est à 15 min à pied et pas terrible.

Très pratique pour se détendre avant un avion matinal, navette gratuite jusqu'à l'aéroport.

Peu de choses à faire aux alentours, la plage est à 15 min à pied mais le personnel propose volontier une navette gratuite pour aller se baigner...

Location close to the airport

This hotel is twice the price of some other hotels in the area. I picked it for its pool, which was green and out of use when I stayed. The hotel was empty. The staff were huddled around the tv screen in dining room. There were no towels in the bathroom or pillow cases on the pillows.

Perfect location close to airport as overnight stopover after long flight. Very efficient check in and great value for money. Clean, large room. Bathroom could do with update. Would stay again. Pool and dinner were both adequate.

Transfer to the airport, and to Nai Yang beach

Air conditioning did not work in our room The person sent to "fix" it stunk like liquor. We changes rooms and the air conditioning barely worked The circuit breaker blew shutting the air vonditionong down The same drunk was sent to fix it - I had to show him what was wrong There was no shower curtain door etc Lastly the bed felt like a piece of cloth over a piece of plywood

I can honestly say this was our WORST stay in Thailand and the only good thing was the free ride to the airport...when it suited them

this will be no surprise to managment as we complained to them at the time but this is a warning to potential guests...go somewhere else. As someone that hates complaining and complainers a review like this is rare for me but our stay was horrible from start to finish. We had to swap rooms due to the uncleanliness and the smell of smoke in the room, the dining area and tables were COVERED in ants and when we complained a staff member spat, i was appalled. do not stay here

The resort is ideally located to access Phuket airport in the early hours of the morning as we did. There is a free shuttle service until 5.00pm to the beach which is only about 1 km away. All of the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in order to access early morning flights, but not for any other reason.

The swimming pool needed cleaning and dirty dishes and glasses were left around the pool for an extended period. The resort looks fairly new so the shade trees have not yet grown to provide shade.

Very basic accommodation. Bedroom tidy and comfortable. Bottled water provided.

Bathroom slightly dirty and badly designed - shower sprays water all over the bathroom floor. Construction site nearby created unpleasant noise. Staff do not understand more than basic English very well and were not very helpful.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at , I had sent a few emails prior to organize airport pickup - no response , called from Phuket airport Few days before to organize -driver didn't show up at airport till we called On arrival - the room was organized as a double - They had to organize 2 rooms for us, we had 4 rooms All up , one didn't lock which had to be changed to another room , one had no towels, the phones didn't work in any rooms and there were ants throughout all rooms, and no hot water in shower for 2 rooms , and fridge not working in one of the rooms - one of the 5 meals was sent back as it was in edible - the whole experience was Dreaful and with a slimy green pool with no chlorine in it - this hotel looks so nice From the surface and pictures on the Internet - But was the worse hotel our group of 5 have ever stayed at

Москиты, грязь на террасе, отвратительная еда в ресторане. В мини-баре пусто, только вода, а до магазина шагать минут 15 вдоль автострады, а в баре у бассейна ценник двойной.

Die Anlage mit Pool macht im Internet einen sehr guten Eindruck. Leider sind die Bungalows sehr sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Vor allem im Bad. Im Restaurant wird man auf dem Tisch von mega vielen roten Ameisen "besucht".

Läget med närhet ill stranden och flygplatsen. Bra pris mycket för pengarna Trevlig personal Fina rum

Frukosten kunde vara bättre (mer att välja på) Glömde hämta oss vid stranden

obwohl ziemlich neues Hotel schon in sehr schlechtem Zustand!!! Ziemlich alles kapput! Schlechte Türen nicht gut dichtende Fenster usw..

Teilweise unfreundliches Personal. Die Räumlichkeiten entsprechen nicht dem was auf der Homepage versprochen wird. Preise und Essen im Restaurant ist jenseits von Gut und Böse. Sehr schlechte Küche sowie Getränke zu überhöhten Preisen.

Nice Next to the airport -> so nice if you have an early flight Next to the beach (free shuttle during the day) with restaurants and bars

For budgetwise, it was far better than L'Esprit de Naiyang which should have been avoided and in which I stayed two nights.
