Location close to BTS

staff can hardly speak English, if you get 4th floor room with no A/C prepare for 35-40 degrees day or night. 150B additional charge to receive a/c remote. Guest laundry twice more expensive than enywhere in BKK.

My room was clean. Essentials like the bed, bathroom and cupboard was good. Staff was friendly! Value for money.

Having to climb 8 flights of steps all the way to the 4th floor!

The staff spoke perfect English and could help us with all of our requests. Fan and airco were a brilliant combination. Cheap and close to the bts railway.

Actually it was worth the money so I have nothing bad to say.

Very friendly staff Room was very clean Very good value considering location: city centre and 2mins to BTS station. Breakfast (fruit/yoghurt/muesli) very tasty. Near to 711, cheap street food.

Not a problem for me but be aware there is no lift. I'm sure the nice owner would put you on a lower floor so don't forget to ask.

The hotelier was really kind and helpfull, the position in the city was confortable and easy to find.

Best budget option we have found in Bangkok! No crazy loud music like Khao Sanh and much better location five minute walk from the MRT. Extremely clean, hottest showers in all SEAsia, highly recommended!

Be aware it is a budget hotel and although advertised no cable tv. The bathroom ceiling was leaking - but staff immediately change our room. Taps do leak a bit too can do better maintanance. As it is on the sukumvit road you can hear traffic 24/7.

The price and the location. WiFi worked fine.

The room was quite small and bathroom not clean. (Dust and long black hairs) When we asked staff if we could have an early breakfast (breakfast time is from 8.30 am!) Because we were going to Cambodia on a early bus, all we got was an unfriendly "no". We just wanted some toast and could do a self-catering, but it wasn't possible.

Was right near the sky train stop, terminal 21 only 2 stops away. The sky train runs right in front of the hotel but the noise is fine. You can hear the trains as they go past but it definitely wasn't an issue for us. Plus the trains stop at midnight anyway. Room was nice, a little small but had everything we needed.

We were on the top floor and it was very hot, we only had a fan room so might be worth investing in an air con room. Although it did seem cooler on other floors

It's probably one of the worst hotels I've ever been. The price fits it well. We just came here to have a place where we could put our bags so that we could profit one more day in Bangkok before go to the airport late at night. We couldn't sleep here! It's too bad to true, but could me something. I really think that with some small improvements it could become profitable, but like this it's an invitation saying "come because you really want to, but you're warned". There's much better hotels than this 2 star hotel. Our room was on 4th floor with no elevator. Bed linen seem to be dirty. The bathroom and shower are a misery.

Ony positive thing: the receptionist was very nice, so it pains to writr what's about to follow but...

It was a hell hole. No elevator, extremely noisy (right on one of the busiest street in Bangkok), the room was tiny, extremely hot, the bed was super hard and made of styrofoam, covered in stains and other people pubes and hair, no bed sheets, there was a massive hole in the outside wall filled with a rotten piece of cloth, and could go on. Long story short: it was impossible to sleep, the place is a complete disaster and no one, not even the most easy going backpacker, should waste money over here. You can spend a few bath extra and get much better than this, even in the same district. Avoid at all cost.

Exceptional Guest House on the main road, not far from Thong Lo BTS station. Only few steps away, around the corner from the station, you can find a street full of amazing Spas; Japanese, Thai and Chinese food - big variety and price scale. Only two train stops from Asok BTS/MRT Station for shopping in Terminal 21 (themed design mall in Caribbean, Istambul, Rome, Paris, London, Tokyo etc. style). Great to see all this under one roof. Motorbike taxis and bus stop just a stone throw from the Guest house.... I can recommend this place for it's staff hostility, I ended up staying four nights instead of one though one thing I mind is the smell in the room coming from the drainage, although I was here in monsoon season, so that comes and goes with rain.

It's a shitty place! You literraly sleep next to the skytrain and the street noise is terrible. The receptionist is a nice guy but the owner is a pain in the ass. He gave us a totally different room than we had booked because he thought we wouldn't show up as we asked to cancel our reservation. So he just tried to get double money and gave us a very bad room instead! There are so much better options in that area, don't go there!

Perfect location.

The room too small 2 step from the door you will reach the bed,and not well organize on funitue.

Great staff who helped us out with lots of questions from where to go to where the nearest opticians was. Rooms were compact but functional, enough for what we needed. Very good price!

The location was quite far from anything and although very close to the skytrain meant that to get anywhere involved a trip or two. Also the tours that we booked were unsure where it was, one refused to pick u up and the other charged us extra as we were away from the centre. The location right next to the busy road also meant that there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. As long as you are prepared for this, then it is ok.

the nearest 7-11 is across the street, and crossing the street is not easy.

This is a buget hotel in a very convinience location, few mins walk to subway and lots place to eating. Reasonal price but I recommend people who want to live in this hotel to upgrade the room which got air conditioner and hot water because in Bangkok, no air conditioner is really not cool....and the upgrade just only need 100BHT , why not? The staff in this hotel are very friendly and nice.

On booking website it shows this hotel is 2 star but I think it may not good enough for 2 stars. Room is really hot without air conditioner and no lift, not good for people who got lots stuff to carry on the stairs.

I feel home to stay here,very friendly stuff good location 5 mins walk to skytrain that make my trip very easy, very cheap for this area very good street food 5 mins walk at sukhumvit 38,if you stay here don't miss it !
