Al's Laemson  

we have spent at this hotel 10 days and I could say that they were one of the best during for all our holidays in Thailand 1)Check-in was quite good, all staff is always smiling and they were really friendly Is is great that all rooms are like separate houses and you feel yourself like living in your own home 2)Design is great and perfect condition system 3)you could rent a kayak for free at the hotel (it is possible till 5 pm) 4)we liked our swimming pool with a perfect design 5)special thank for those who helped us with surprises for our happy birthdays! decoration of our rooms so awsome!!thank you that was great!

1)We had an accident with a girl who had checked us in when be rented a motorbike at the hotel we have broken a seat and she firstly tried to charge 9000 bath but after discussion of situation she told us that we need to pay 5000 bath( quite stange discount however) By the way she did not show us any bills and prices from the remote services and it was absolutely awfull situation And I am absolutely sure that it was her personall desicion with a price choice. Managment should be more attentive for that situations 2)breakfast could be better.not a big choice of food everyday we had the same (for 10 days not so good) 3) expensive transfer, wi-fi (which is not available inside the room) and restaurant

I loved the service, the accommodation was fabulous great attention to detail, loved the bathroom, great room service. The staff were so wonderful, so friendly and courteous. The resort was directly on the beach, the resort itself was nice and quite and so clean and very well kept. The restaurant was super and the food was of the highest quality, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff in Al's Laemson who helped to make my stay so perfect <3

Comfort, modern, and quiet.

Location is not good if you're planning to go in Koh Samui for nightlife, beaches and restaurants. You need to get a 10 minute taxi or tuk tuk each time to go in Chaweng Centre, and another one to go back to the hotel, which means more time and money! In fact they have free shuttle service to the centre, but it's useless when you see the time table, i.e. last shuttle service at 18:00 hrs .

Beautiful hotel and area

The location is superb, in front of white shandy beach. Room is very clean and staff very friendly. I like concept of combination outside bath room and bath tube in our bath room. Their swimming pool is very nice, with pool bar make it special for our swimming afternoon session.

Breakfast provided, taste not really outrated but provide various food from western and asia

Thing that im not happy was , I book for two rooms of suite , but we got the rooms number was 308 and 429 , price was the same but room 429 having 1 queen bed n 2 single bed where else 308 only one queen bed ,thing like this suppose not two happen ,, in the intenet the rooms suppose to be sea view , but we arrived there we only can the the trees blocking our view , when we want to change the room ,, hmm totaly going to be different price ,, please update ur booking.com picture regarding this hotel ,,, or else lotsa other couple going to be dispointed by viewing the picture , other was prefect

не понравился пляж - мелко, камни,водоросли - явно не место для купания,но вид замечательный.

Bingalots, piscine, plage, jolies chambres, situation géographique.

Pas internet gratuit, le restaurant un peu coûteux.
