The location is nice and quiet. Due to the arrangement of the hotels in the Laguna it is not too crowded. Once at the beach, there are nice restaurants directly located on the beach but you must walk a little bit away from the Sheraton beach site People might not like it that you cannot access the beach from the hotel and that a shuttle bus is needed. The water in the swimming pool was not very clean. The shuttle bus takes you only to the gate of the resort from where you have to walk to find alternative shops and restaurants.

Quiet location but set in a great resort area. Very convenient for the golf club and beach. Free wi-fi was appreciated as well.

We felt relaxed and therefore had a enjoyable holiday. The breakfast was a disappointment. The choice of ceral and fruit was the same every day also the cooked items needed to be varied.

Near a beach and near the airport In a "compound" with other hotels. Far from "Thailand". We also had problems getting access to our room, but that we sorted out with the hotel manager the day after.

Family style rooms so 3 generations could stay in one room for good value compared to paying for 3 single rooms. Integrated resort so could enjoy facilities at other hotels in the group esp F&B, free shuttles and ferry rides which the kids enjoyed. Long walk between room and lobby hard for young kids and seniors. Allamanda has also sold the lagoon facing blocks off which are separately managed and let for longer stays, so it lacked the more integrated feel of a resort, staff are fewer and less friendly and the rooms belonging to the hotel proper face the golf course only and are a longer walk from the lobby where breakfast is served and where you get the shuttles and ferries.

The suit was big and clean. Fully equipped kitchenette, very comfortable. The breakfast was not bad. The airconditioning and shower in one of the bedroom didnt' work. The shower was repaired, but airconditioning not, two weeks in tropics without air - it was not easy. The beach is too small for peak season. Wi-fi in the room worked irregularly.

Location and wide range of Resort town system. 25min from Airport. more than 6 legendary Hotels and SPA, seashore, Luxury Restaurant, shopping town, Free shuttle bus and boat for rounding the Luguna resorts. Kind and well prepared staffs and sweet shuttle bus drivers. Black out for 90min in Christmas Eve 2011 !! Unbelievable !!

I like the size of the room, 1 bed room plus 1 living room. This is wonderful for a family, while some want to have a rest, some want to have activities in another room. Overall it's good. But it has limited choice of food in the hotel itself. However, in the nearby area, you can find a lot of choices of restaurant.

Расположение номера, его дизайн на высшем уровне. Вокруг тихо, поля для гольфа. Легко добраться до любого отеля Лагуны. Море чистое. Пляж именно этого отеля в заброшенном состоянии, кругом мусор, лежаки сломаны. Как будто пляж к отелю не имеет никакого отношения.

在LAGUNA 区域中便利的交通。另外入住以及退房手续相对比较快捷。 卫生间比较小，淋浴房的门打开时浴室门就不能打开，太局促了。另外房间内没有牙刷供应。

je n'ai pas aimé grand chose à l'exception de la situation privilegiée pres du golf et de la plage le rapport qualité prix n'est pas mauvais au regard des autres hotels de Laguna qui sont hors de prix cela fait 12 ans que nous connaissons cet hotel mais tout se degrade depuis qu'il est sous l'enseigne Best Western tout est à l'economie les salles de bains petites robinets archaiques aucun veritable travaux d'amelioration petit dejeuner indigent en 10 jours toujours la meme chosedans une ambiance triste dominée par la clientele des gens de l'est pas toujours bien elevee

Большие номера, возможность пользоваться тариториями других отелей сети Лагуна, красота ландшафта, интересер решенный вопрос транспорта внутри Лагуны ( на маленьких катерках-плотах. Очень скудный завтрак , достаточо обшарпанные номера, морально устаревшие, нерегулярная уборка номеров.
