i think it's the best in phuket and really you are living in a paradise. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. the design which the groung floor having private pool entry were gr8. The location is excelent out of patong noise. The free wi fi was also really nice and handy. highly recommended . |

1)provide more fruits for the breakfast as well as choice of cakes. 2) for the italian restarant in the hotel: should be more italian without adjusting it to the spicy thai food. 3) shutle bus to phuket airport would be handy 4) every half an hour transfer to the beach would be nice as well or adjusted to the availability of the tourist |

The tropical gardens and ponds you walk through to get to your room make you feel relaxed straight away and remind you that you are in a paradise. The private pool entry from our room was brilliant. The staff are fantastic so friendly. The location is great not too far from the beach and out of Patong so you can relaxe. The free wi fi was also really handy. I can highly recomend this place for young couples wanting to escape the city and have a relaxing tropical holiday. |

the hotel design and location the hotel suppose to be a 5 star one but the fitness center was a 3x2m room with very poor equipments like for a 2 star ones. |

Loved Alpina, its design, facilities and situation (near restaurants, beach and shops). We also looked forward to breakfast each morning (large range to choose from). Staff very friendly. Only complaint was you couldn't rely on the shuttle bus to the beach arriving/leaving on time. We missed it twice and had to walk. Also, mattress/pillows could have been softer. |

Very good value for money. Excellent Buffet breakfast, great swimming pools. Fantastic band playing every night in the lounge. Very clean large rooms. Shuttle bus on the hour to take you to a private area on Kata beach. Can walk to the beach in 10 mins. Free wireless internet in your room came in handy. Staff very polite and helpfull. Would recommend this Resort to anyone. |

I liked the service staff (except for the manager at the front desk). I liked the band/singing group in the hotel. I liked the proximity to resturants in the area. I liked the 30 minute access session to the internet with a purchase from the ice cream shop. Management was not as flexible as I would have thought being a 4-5 star hotel. I think management should be more accomodating to its customers so that they become repeat customers and pass on good reviews to other potential travellers. |

This hotel is in a very good location with good facilities. The bedroom is very big and confortable. The biggest king size bed I have ever slept. Swimming pool is excellent. I enjoyed my stay in Alpina. I recommend people with family to stay in this hotel. It's about 10 mins walk to the Kata beach. Hotel also provides shuttle bus to take you directly to the beach. The staff is not the best. They are generally friendly but quite slow. I think this is very common in Phuket. Thai workers are not very happy. They are all pretty slow and laid-back. As the facilities in Alpina are very good, we didn't need any services from them. Overall, it's still a good place to stay. |

Spacious and comfortable room (pool access just great), good breakfast and good quality of food overall, nice pool area. Very good value for money! Reservation of transportation from and to the airport was not working at all |

Loved it because it was quiet. Gym did not open till 8am with no good reason not to open it earlier. On check out which was stated as 1pm we were threatened with a 200bht fine for not being out at 12 noon. She was quite rude even when I showed her our confirmed check out time. Almost spoiled an otherwise great resort which we loved. |

Taille et decoration de la chambre avec acces direct a la piscine,tres grande douche,les soins au Spa la climatisation trop bruyante la nuit,le petit dejeuner pourrait etre plus varié, la navette pour la plage ne circule qu'une fois toutes les heures,impossible de profitre de la belle terrasse le soir a cause des moustiques tres nombreux |

Vennlig og trivelig personale. Flott hotell. Flott bassengområde. Det enest som vi reagerte på, var at sengene var fryktelig harde. Dette ble imidlertid omgående gjort noe med når vi ga beskjed. Ellers var vi litt missfornøyd med transportsystemet til og fra stranda. Hotellet hadde egen transport, men hvis den ble full, så kom de ikke tilbake for å hente de resterende. Da måtte man enten gå selv eller ta en egen taxi. |

El precio de la habitación 35€. El desayuno bastante bueno. El servicio gratis de shuttle a la playa.Nos sorprendió que esperabamos que el hotel estuviera aislado y la verdad que andando en tres minutos te pones en la carretera principal del pueblo y en diez en la playa. No es un hotel de 5 estrellas como le poneis en booking, ni siquiera de 4,5 como dicen ellos. El hotel está simplemente bien, ya se le nota el paso de los años. El personal de recepción es un desastre, tienen en el mostrador principal a una chica con brackets que habla un inglés pésimo. Es el único hotel de nuestro viaje de 25 días en el que no tuvieron un detalle por ser luna de miel. Un día les pedimos que nos despertaran a las 4 de la mañana para ir a una excursión y menos mal que pusimos nuestro despertador porque no nos despertaron y cuando bajamos al lobby el chico del turno de noche estaba durmiendo... impensable en un ¿hotel de 5 estrellas? |

La chambre est très agréable, très bonne literie. Salle d'eau spacieuse et agréable. La piscine est spacieuse et bien entretenue Le spa: 30 minutes de jacuzzi gratuites si réservation d'un massage: problème le jacuzzi est froid. Réponse du personnel: c'est gratuit alors c'est froid. |
