Very nice Big Pool, nice stuff, room was clean and the hotel is not on the main road but a few minutes to walk to the beach .

The Air condition was smelly for the first two nights. Pillows didnt smell good either.

Nice hotel, close by the shopping area, pubs and 10 minutes to the Ao Nang Beach. Don't expect the European standard for a 4* Hotel, but in general terms is a good hotel. Always book through Booking.com otherwise, the rooms are much more expensive on the spot (although you always can bargain a new rate). The swimming pool is pretty good. The location is quiet, next to other 4* hotels.

Wi-Fi is only available next to the restaurant. Forget about the one they offer. The breakfast is not worthy although the restaurant is quite good for diner or lunch. We had an invasion of ants one day in one of the rooms, but is something to expect anywhere in Thailand sometimes. Just get with you a kill-bugs spray with you. The staff speaks a pretty average English, although they are always wiling to help.

Had a great stay here, nothing negative to say about the place . Great staff, good rooms, wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to anyone.

The hotel is fine, clean and the staff were veri friendly

The location of the hotel is a little bit away from the center (not too much). A General problem (not the hotel problem) is that ao-nang beach is not a good beach (or I can said a bad beach). Railey Beach or phi phi are much better!! I checked in in this hotel since there was no hotel left in Railey nither in phi phi, and our intention was to make a day travel to those places, the problem is that phi phi is far 2 hs by ferry (one way) and all the last boats return at 16:30 and Railey beach is closer, the only way to get there is by boat and the last one return at 18.

The staff at reception were very very helpful and friendly, always happy to help, within walking distance to the beach and the busy Ao Nang strip.

The pool was tiny and in the shade for most of the day, the breakfast selction was small.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and spoke good English. The room was very clean, spacious with a big double bed and very comfortable. We had a nice balcony which we used often and liked the fact that we could make tea and coffee and watch tv if we wanted to. We also liked the big bathroom complete with bath and we found that the water was nice and hot which we didn't get in our other hotels in Thailand. The breakfast was also very nice and good quality. I would certainly recommend this hotel to people.

My only criticism was that the view out of the balcony wasn't very pretty, the tea at breakfast was too weak and you could only use the wi fi in the reception. For the price I would have expected this to be available in our room.

It is a good hotel reasonable priced for the AoNang area. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast was ok - nothing spectacular. The area is very quiet and the pool seems nice. Overall a good hotel, meaning clean, quiet and comfortable. Good value for money.

Nevertheless, when it comes to the service - do not expect anything. The staff is working there all night and day and as a result are tired and not really service oriented. At breakfast there wait until some guest ask to refill bread, butter, etc. In addition a few more English speaking people at the reception would be helpful. The hotel is again good value for money, but there are not at all going the extra mile.

Once we checked-in, our rooms was being upgraded to Deluxe Twin Rooms w/out any extra charges :) Staffs are very friendly especially at the front office counter and the driver too. Just about 5 mins walk out from the hotel, turn right at the T- junction and walk about another 5 mins to the Wang Sai Restaurant (nice foods & price quite reasonable).

The service at hotel restaurant is kinda slow (need some improvement).

Wonderfull , clean rooms. As we went in June/July we had the hotel pool, wich is the biggest we have seen in Thailand always for our selfs. Its quite there and beautifull. I loved the price, I woudl always go off season. We have been to other hotels in Krabi as we found Apasari we stayed there longer.
