The hotel is fine, clean and the staff were veri friendly

The location of the hotel is a little bit away from the center (not too much). A General problem (not the hotel problem) is that ao-nang beach is not a good beach (or I can said a bad beach). Railey Beach or phi phi are much better!! I checked in in this hotel since there was no hotel left in Railey nither in phi phi, and our intention was to make a day travel to those places, the problem is that phi phi is far 2 hs by ferry (one way) and all the last boats return at 16:30 and Railey beach is closer, the only way to get there is by boat and the last one return at 18.

The staff at reception were very very helpful and friendly, always happy to help, within walking distance to the beach and the busy Ao Nang strip.

The pool was tiny and in the shade for most of the day, the breakfast selction was small.

Breakfast had planty of choice and the gala dinner and entertainment on New Year's Eve was excellent. Hotel is built around the pool which was good, well used and long enough for a serious swim. A good selection of bars and restaurants round about.

We booked a massage only to find that chancers before us had taken our allotted time - so we had one down the road which was cheaper anyway.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and spoke good English. The room was very clean, spacious with a big double bed and very comfortable. We had a nice balcony which we used often and liked the fact that we could make tea and coffee and watch tv if we wanted to. We also liked the big bathroom complete with bath and we found that the water was nice and hot which we didn't get in our other hotels in Thailand. The breakfast was also very nice and good quality. I would certainly recommend this hotel to people.

My only criticism was that the view out of the balcony wasn't very pretty, the tea at breakfast was too weak and you could only use the wi fi in the reception. For the price I would have expected this to be available in our room.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Close to the beach, ideal for those who want to shuttle to the little islands during the day.

The hotel was in a quiet street, near beaches & the one main street - handy to everything, but quiet. It was clean & comfortable, with a generous breakfast included. The reception staff (especially Shabi) were very friendly & helpful. No complaints & thoroughly recommend.

Good value for price pool ok, breakfast ok

A relatively new hotel with spacy rooms, balcony, shower and bath tub. A little outside the center, but with tuk-tuks and motor bikes to rent no problem to Get around.

A modern and streight forward room. Not a chair to sit on. Only on the balcony.

This was our favourite relax spot during our three week stay in Thailand. The beaches were clean and you had regular boats leaving for Railey (must see) and Ko Phi Phi Leh. You're away from all the hustle and bustle of big cities and regular tourist traps (Ko Phi Phi Don). The pool was great, and the bed was comfortable (by Thai standards). Everything was modern and clean. The ac was great too. I would go back in a heartbeat. The price was grea too! ($33 Cdn a night)

The pool towels were a little smelly, but that was a minor issue.

Hade önskat wifi på hela hotellet. Helst fri.

In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand (Abfahrt Longtailboote) und im trubelingen Zentrum; das Hotel selbst liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist sehr ruhig.
