Amari Atrium Bangkok  

I was impressed with receiving a small birthday cake/fruit etc. on my birthday. Was also impressed with the presentation, food etc. on the night we ordered room service - well done.

My complaint doesn't really involve the Atrium as such. We had a number of unpleasant experiences with the 'Taxi' touts at the end of your entrance. They were untruthful & rude - (I lived in Bkk for 4 years as the Australian Consul, so am aware they can be a problem). My suggestion to you would be to advise your guests that they should seek your services re taxis etc.& not 'take their chances' with the touts. An inexperieced tourist could find them frightening.

I have stayed in amari watergate and other amari properties in thailand so wanted to check out this property too,it was nice with a nice breakfast and a manager named manuel who changed our room as we were not too satisfied with the room that had been given to us.value for money

The superior rooms were below amari standards,with unfinished furniture and paints. A bit of problem with the bathroom as it was small and of 3 star standard. And a bit off located as well.

The hotel is 4 star with a well trained staff and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The breakfast spread is excellent. The gym is well equipped. They also have a well functioning steam and sauna with showers alongside. The Petchaburi metro station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and is conveniently located.

The location of the hotel is not convenient. Since I was on holiday, I had to either take a taxi to my destination or the metro which is a 10 minute walk. Other than the location, it was a great place to stay.

Free internet Broadband in the lobby and great buffet breakfest

Poor a la carte menu at lunch time, poor quality of food, served cold instead of hot. Service tried to argue this fact away. Taste unsatisfactory.

Good service, very helpful and friendly staff. Always helpful. The breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Just on the breakfast, please separate the pork item with non pork items. Even at the Egg Station.

It is a fantastic hotel. We got a good deal which made it value for money.

Did not enjoyed staying at the hotel. Booked for 4 Nights but checked out on the 2nd day itself

Good rooms,excellent pool, gym & spa.Good food ,reasonably priced.

Should have a small Indian restaurant. Should offer free pick-up from airport for long stay travellers.Drop offs to markets & places of interest to be more frequent. Increase english speaking staff at front office.

I loved everything about the hotel, the location the level of customer service was brilliant. Really felt warm and welcomed. The staff were extremely helpful giving directions and helping to organise the start of my holiday. Thank you Amari Atrium for having me and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the city lifestyle of Bangkok.

Our cityview (21th floor) was awesome. The Breakfast was fantastic and you should definitly book the rooms with breakfast (something for everyones taste).

Nice friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Clean rooms.

Very hard to drive back to the hotel, too much traffic on Petchburi rd day and night. Water temperature in the shower can suddenly go from burning hot to freezing cold without warning...
