I was impressed with receiving a small birthday cake/fruit etc. on my birthday. Was also impressed with the presentation, food etc. on the night we ordered room service - well done. My complaint doesn't really involve the Atrium as such. We had a number of unpleasant experiences with the 'Taxi' touts at the end of your entrance. They were untruthful & rude - (I lived in Bkk for 4 years as the Australian Consul, so am aware they can be a problem). My suggestion to you would be to advise your guests that they should seek your services re taxis etc.& not 'take their chances' with the touts. An inexperieced tourist could find them frightening.

We (family with young children) were fortunate to get an upgrade from a superior room to deluxe room on a high floor & corner room with a super large window that gives an owesome view of the city especially at night. Spacious & quiet room, good bed & beddings, cool airconditioner, complimentary bottled water & coffee/tea. Plenty of fast elevators, elegant entrance, excellent breakfast complete with pleasant staffs. The swimming pool is rather small but sufficient for young kids to play, thus it was easy to spot their wherabouts at the pool. Plenty of tree & plant shades also. Recommendable hotel, located not too far away from Suvarnabhumi airport, 320baht taxi on afternoon traffic toll fee inclusive. Perhaps a larger TV or flat screen TV with cable connections could perfect the overall aspect of the room.

This is a delightful, friendly hotel with attentive staff and great facilities. It is comfortable, clean and conducive to stay at for many reasons, including relaxation, shopping or business. The buffet breakfast is first class and full of variety for all tastes and nationalities. The door staff, reception, gym and cleaning staff are all helpful and polite. It is highly recommended.

Spacious rooms with a fine balance of everything you need for a short trip to the city on leisure or business. Accommodating and service- orientating staff setup a baby cot foc in our room on their on initiative (a small family of 3 we were going to share the bed). Didn't try the Mingles pub but did scout a nice downtown boutique jacuzzi and pool terrace area for those able to get some r&r time. Great breakfast buffet included. Rather busy hotel at times with various types of tour groups and business events occurring throughout. By taxi excellent location to most city areas. Super location to get to/from Suvarna airport either via makaasan airlink or cab. About a 10mins walk to Petchaburi and Asoke stations. A few restaurant choices in and around the hotel (ex. Indian and Chinese). A popular and busy hotel with lots of hustle and bustle, so if you're looking for a more boutique or personalized experience you won't find it here amongst the hosted airlines, events and tours.

The hotel staff is very attentive & helpful. Showing us the direction. Help us to book & reserve restaurants & spa. During the buffer breakfast, the staff clear our table regular and top up our tea & coffee. The buffer breakfast is more suitable for Indians.

The rooms were nice and facilities were adequate for my needs. Only needed somewhere to sleep for a night or two. The gym was well equipment and exactly what I needed. They also looked after my bags for 4 days whilst I was somewhere else, which was a great help. The shower leaked and bathroom floor got soaked... Seems to be a re- accuring theme with my hotel choices, even in 5 star hotels. Didn't seem to understand the difference between a credit card and a debit card. Finally got there once I explained i'd stayed before and used the same card.
