Ett mycket bra hotel med personal som var otroligt vänliga och tillmötesgående. Trevliga rum med mycket bra standard. Om jag åker tillbaka till Bangkok någon gång i framtid är det här jag kommer att boka rum. |

very comfortable. overall positive feedback, some small problems the management should work on (read below) internet: I had a free internet package, they tried to make me pay 540 baht / day.. i complained and got it for free. watch out. Also, i was eligible to get 2 water bottles / day for free. They gave me only one.. |

A very comfortable hotel in a reasonably central location. The staff are unfailingly polite, cheerful & helpful and the service is always outstanding. The hotel offers excellent facilities and we are always happy to return to what we now see as almost a second home. We use this hotel when visiting family nearby, but for tourists, the hotel may be too far from the tourist heart of Bangkok and its range of restaurants and other attractions. |

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were really friendly. The room was spacious and the gym facilities were fantastic. There was also some proper massage parlours outside the hotel which were more then half the price of the ones offered in the hotel. The breakfast was served from 5am which was good and the range of food would appeal to most people. I spotted various captains and crew from the most recognised airlines so that must be a sign of the quality of this place. The price I paid was simialr to a Premier Lodge in Uk and but the quality was better then a Hilton, so people on a budget treat yourself, those who like a luxuary hotel you wont be disappointed. without wanting to moan but at check in I waited 15 minutes before they told me I was a VIP and had to check in at a prioroity desk - where i waited another 15 minutes. Not major but after a 12 hour flight it was not appreciated. |

free internet available ( until september). very good choice at large breakfast buffet. swimming pool : small for thi big hotel. Also far to much chemicals in the poolwater : eyes hurt terribly when swimming. |

The gracious staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable with everything in working order. The buffet breakfast was expansive and full of fresh, tasty dishes. The restaurants in the hotel are pricey, but there are many less costly choices in the neighborhood. |

This was a very good hotel for the money. Free room upgrade on arrival.Well placed for sightseeing and 5 to 10 mins walk to metro train station. Complete failure of all power points in the room when getting ready to leave early in the morning. Reception staff not interested. Told me to ring housekeeping. Nice staff turned up to the room but didn't have a clue. Again, on checking out reception were not interested. They looked like the night shift getting ready to go home. Maybe just bad luck as everything else was ok. |

Superior english speaking staff/unsurpassed service at all levels...beautiful rooms and amenities...Total comfort zone...Even though I stayed in many 5-star hotels/resorts around the world..at Amari Atrium I was treated like a royalty and felt right at home...It was difficult to leave such incredible place. |

Het inchecken duurde erg lang. Ons verzoek voor een rokerskamer verliep niet erg soepel. Wij zouden een rokerskamer krijgen, bleek dat niet het geval te zijn. Na diverse telefoontjes wel een asbak gekregen, maar we moesten de volgende dag naar een andere kamer verhuizen. De volgende dag bleek dat de verhuizing toch niet doorging en konden we alsnog in dezelfde kamer blijven. |

niet echt persoonlijk omdat het zo'n groot hotel is. verder is onze taxichauffeur naar het verkeerde vliegveld gestuurd door het personeel waardoor de arme man 1,5 uur met ons aan het rijden was voor maar 16 euro. bij aankomst zei een personeelslid dat we nog zo wit waren(en bedankt) wat niet zo'n goede eerste start was. |
